The driver was very nice and helpful. He picked me up in a timely manner and got me to my destination safely. The car was clean and he did not drive fast or out of control. I would definitely use this service again. more

Avoid unless you like nasty surprise about fares/tolls 12/30/2011

I was a victim of bait and switch pricing. Bad bad bad. Was quoted $30-35 from Cambridge to Logan at 5 am (no T or I'd have taken the T) for the fare. Then return tolls?!! of $6.50 (no tolls mentioned at the reservation or at the start of the journey). Fare= $48.50. $50 to get to Logan with no traffic?! Ridiculous. watch out for these guys. Never again. more

Each time that I have used Ambassador Taxi Service, They have always been fast and on time. The Drivers are friendly and the cabs are always clean. They really know their way around the city and get you to your destination on time. more

I wasn't in the cab, but the cab driver practically rear-ended me into a red light. Then when I was driving down a residential street (two way), the driver passed me on the left, going into ongoing traffic. It's cab # is 52. You best avoid this pushy/bad driver... more

Went far beyond expectations 10/31/2011

I have used Yellow Cab a few times and they are the best taxi service in the area, by far! The drivers always take the quickest route. The drivers are also punctual and pleasant, which is not easy to find in a cab driver or cab company. more

I recently moved to MA. There was also a Yellow Cab back home, that I would have never used. I do not believe the two companies are related, but that doesn't matter either way. The other cab company had a bad reputation and that was enough for me. This yellow cab on the other hand, was great. The driver came quickly, cab was clean and smelled alright, and the driver was friendly too. more

Great service 10/19/2011

I lined up a ride with Yellow Cab after a night of drinking and the driver was not only friendly and intelligent, he also let me and my friends play our music as loudly as we wanted. The driver was awesome, no bad attitudes, smelliness, or increased rates. I definitely saved their number.\r more
