Dr. Roy is an immoral human. He hires people under the age of 18 in order to take advantage of them. He regularly shorts his employees' paychecks. His staff turn-over occurs every 3 weeks because he expects young teens to work for free and refuses to deal with parents. NEVER EVER ALLOW your teen to work for Dr. Roy. more

AWFUL!!! \r Do NOT go here if you're ever in need of that final service (i.e., having your pet put to sleep). Actually, I'm not sure who wrote the other reviews. The reviews of this place on other search engines come up consistently and overwhelmingly negative. The other complaints had to do with getting pets groomed or annual check ups. \r \r They had only one job to do with my cat, and they screwed it up royally. \r \r My cat was dying (heart failure), and I went to them to help keep her from suffering more. I had no set vet and was at my wits end. At the time, I thought that a vet and vet staff would be compassionate and helpful. Instead, the process was AWFUL in ways I cannot describe and not just because I was saying ""goodbye"" to my cat. \r \r For example, the vet never even asked her name and spent all his time talking about prices and the disposal of the body. No one even asked me what was wrong with her. It wasn't until after the procedure that someone happened to ask how old she was. Granted, I was a crying mess by that point. It was traumatic. I could have overlooked the dinginess of the place if they had treated my cat with compassion. They just shaved her, pricked her, and told me the invoice was up front whenever I was ready to pay. \r \r It's possible that my experience was an anomaly, but just be careful. more

Excellent medical care,We are very pleased with the care of Dr. Roy for our pets. We were frustrated with our 8 months old german shephard with constant diarrea. We tried various medication of temporary help. Then we took our pets to Dr. Roy.He was very thorough in finding out what was the problem of our pet . My pet was suffering from enzyme deficiency. Dr Roy modified the diet and put him on some digestion powder. Ever since my pet is doing great. more

We have been taking our pets to ambassador for a long time. We are very impressed with professionalism of veterinarians at Ambassador. They are very thorough in their diagnosis and treatment and also reasonable in price. My pets who are old now have gone through several rough times with their health and veterinarian at Ambassador always saved them. more

They are very professional and and compassionate. We would never ever go to another vet. We are new in the area, Ambassador animal hospital is close by so for our emergency with our pet cat Tony, neighbor told us to go to Ambassador. My cat had poisoning with human medicine and was having seizure. Ambassador vet took my cat without appointment and treated my cat out of danger. He is now in good health . more

If You need a grooming or vaccination service for your pet, you go to Ambassador animal hospital. There prices are very reasonable and affordable. I have not used them for medical service but the staff seems very dedicated and knowlegeble. We very much like the place and will definetly continue going there. more

I have been a recent client at ambassador after I moved locally from Kansas. The clinic is nearby so I visited the clinic with my pets. I have met receptionist their and found very informative and help full. I found the place was very clean and without any doggy odor. Veterinarian there performed a physical exam and gave vaccination to my pets. I found him to be very friendly with pets and was very concern about my pet more
