The vet actually came to our house once when we had a problem with our cat. They treat you like family here and it is a great feel and atmosphere in the office as well.

I love the Doctors and staff at Alvin Animal Clinic! They are always prompt in responding to the needs of my pets (I have 3 ferrets, 4 dogs, and 1 cat) and understand my need to keep my expenses in caring for them within a budget. (Two of my dogs are on special foods, one of which is also on daily meds, and one of my ferrets is now on daily meds. I am extremely satisfied with the care they receive. I have been a client of theirs since they began their practice at the clinic. I now am liiving in Friendswood and will continue to take my animals their when they need care. more

The whole staff here is so compassionate. My dog got into a bad fight a few years ago and they really took care of him. They always call to check up on him. They definitely care about the animals they treat and the doctors all do their jobs well. more

Good Animal Care 1/22/2012

I have been bringing my 2 dogs here for the past 5 years. we are seen by the vet in a reasonable time which is always nice. The quality of care provided by Dr. Hoffpaur is excellent, and I can;t see myself bringing my dogs to a different practice. -Kortney- more

I take my dog here for all her shots and check ups. So far we have been satisfied with the care. I have also used others in town and I think these guys are most reasonably priced. more

    Alvin Animal Clinic services delivered with courtesy and respect!
    As a new client of Alvin Animal Clinic, you can expect our full attention to your pets needs.

    When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and well usher you into an examination room after checking in your pet.

    In most cases, one of our veterinary technicians will start by asking about your pets medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor.

    Then, one of our veterinarians will examine your pet, ask you further questions and then may recommend diagnostic tests if needed. Once the tests have been run, which can usually be done in the practice, your doctor will discuss a possible diagnosis and treatment plan if warranted.

    This is a great time to ask questions.
