Quick service 8/19/2015

Excellent, fast service. Roland showed up at my house within an hour of calling the company. He figured out the air in my water lines was in my well and not in my house. Even though Altrol does not work on wells, he was able to recommend another that can. I truly appreciate the help. more

Plumbing repair in Fairbanks, Alaska 7/23/2015

July 23, 2015 We received OUTSTANDING service from Altrol Heating. We had a broken gate valve on our water supply line; couldn't turn it off or on anymore. I called Altrol and Roland arrived in about an hour. Cheerfully he diagnosed the problem, got the replacement parts from the truck, and had it repaired in less than an hour, and water was flowing again. We were scheduled to travel out of town the next morning so this excellent service was especially appreciated. Thank you to Roland and to Altrol. I highly recommend them. Altrol heating, cooling and plumbing sent out a professional plumber who knew my dishwasher in and out to fix a leak that had been flooding my kitchen for 2 days. The representative answered all my questions and even gave me professional advise on how what to do in the future with my appliance. The only reason I gave them 4 starts was because of how much it cost for them to send someone to fix the issue. more

Outstanding service 2/12/2015

Troy arrived promptly within 30 minutes of our call. He was courteous and professional, and had our plumbing issue fixed in no time. He explained what caused the pipe to break and how I could prevent further problems. He made sure the heat was working and that all of the air was bled out of the system before he left. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing and heating services. more

Boiler Plumbing Repair 1/28/2015

Troy B was timely, knowledgeable and highly professional. He repaired the plumbing leak quickly and drained the air from the heating system; putting it back in service in a short amount of time. He cleaned up his work space. I highly recommend him. more

Great Guy 12/30/2014

Being a former employee of Altrol and having worked with Shawn I requested him specifically. Althouh we worked together for a few years, he still took the time and inspected my heating system with the same thoroughness he would anyone else. Shawn is a hard worker and a honest guy!
