We received OUTSTANDING service from Altrol Heating. We had a broken gate valve on our water supply line; couldn't turn it off or on anymore. I called Altrol and Roland arrived in about an hour. Cheerfully he diagnosed the problem, got the replacement parts from the truck, and had it repaired in less than an hour, and water was flowing again. We were scheduled to travel out of town the next morning so this excellent service was especially appreciated. Thank you to Roland and to Altrol. I highly recommend them. Thank you, Stan Schwafel
