I had my car broken into in downtown Providence. I called several different glass companies and the prices were very high and the customer service was lousy, then I called Altieri Glass. They were very helpful and had the most affordable price. They took the worry off my shoulders. The next day the window was replaced in less than an hour. They were so friendly and knowledgeable. The BEST in quality and customer service 4/20/2011

I own a 2003 Nissan X-Terra and was at my boyfriends softball game and one of the guys hit a foul ball and it smashed my windshield!!! I was absolutely stunned! Then one of the guys on the team suggested I call his friend Steve @ Altieri Glass the following morning. Steve calmed me down and told me not to worry...I immediately had an appointment for later that day. When I arrived at Altieri Glass, they took my car right in. All the employees were very friendly. I am in customer service and Altieri Glass met and exceeded my expectations. Before I knew it, my vehicle was done. They explained some precautions to take before I drove my SUV back home. And away I went. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the quality of the replacement and the kindness of Steve and his staff. I will definately recommend Altieri Glass to all my friends and family. Thank You Steve for a job well done!!! more

Top notch quality & Service 4/15/2011

You guys saved the day again! Steve and his staff at Altieri are the only people I go to and recommend to everyone I know. There prices are always the best, service is top notch and they go above and beyond. Don't be fooled by his low prices, they are backed up by quality products and the workmanship is perfect. Once I had glass work done at the dealer under warranty and had to take it to Altieri for them to fix the hacking that was done. I have never had a customer complaint about his service either so it makes it perfect when refering them a worry free process. If you are looking for A1 top notch give them a call. In over 10 years of business even on the most stressful days, steve is always upbeat and informative. Thanks guys for everything. more

A smart choice for auto glass replacement in R.I.! 2/1/2011

My niece recently needed the windshield in her car repaired and I wanted to help find her a reputable automotive glass company. I had heard so many great things about Altieri Glass that they were the first company that came to mind. She called them and was able to get her car right in for repair! The work that was done was high quality and with their A+ customer service and very affordable prices, we knew we had made the right choice. We both walked away happy to have chosen them for the job. Recently had a windshield replaced but, actually have been going to Altieri for over 15 years. Look no further for you glass replacement. They are honest, friendly, fast, and the price is very reasonable especially since they use only quality products and do quality work. Never once had a problem! more

THE ABSOLUTE BEST QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND!!! 11/8/2010

I had the unfortunate luck of having my vehicle broken into just this morning. The broke my rear glass and door glass. I had called around and gotten quotes that were almost as much as my mortgage!! Then I called ALTIERI GLASS. They were so sympathetic of my situation and immediately told me to come down. The price they gave me was hundreds less than the other quotes I received. Once I arrived there, they immediately took my car in and started ""prepping"" it for the replacements. Just as promised, I got my car back on time and immaculate!!! The owner and manager listened to my needs and acted in a fast, thorough and courteous manner. I have had many experiences of bad car experiences but after today, ALTIERI GLASS will have my business and referrals. A great company to do business with, and kind, courteous people that work there!!! more

Would not recommend this company 11/4/2010

I read the reviews on this website and thought I'd give this company a try. The experience started out fine and the people seemed friendly and knowledgable. The man I spoke with became very rude and arrogant as our conversation progressed. I was so horrified by the end of the conversation that I will be taking my business elsewhere. Not the way I suggest doing business and I would not recommend them to any one. more

Great people to do business with 9/30/2010

Altieri Glass did a wonderful job. I talked to Steve on the phone and I couldnt have asked for a more professional and curteous person. I called and was quoted a great price to have my windshield replaced. They came to my husbands job site the next day and replaced it. They did a fantastic job and have recommended them to several people. Thanks again Steve for great service!!! more

Customer Service 2/12/2010

Talk about customer service. We needed to replace the windshield on our daughter's car due to a crack that could not be repaired. I called on Thursday morning and spoke with Steve, immediately had an appointment for the next day. The price was affordable and the work completed professionally. Great job Steve, our thanks. Great work and A+ customer service 6/2/2009

After calling a few places.. and getting outrageous prices, I called alteiris. Steve quoted me a price.. very satisfied with the price, I asked him if there was any way possible I could bring it in today. Steve said he would call me back within a half hour to 45mins. True to his word, he called me back and squeezed me in the same day!.. they did a great job on my window and fast! They have great customer service, and I will definitly pass on the recomendation. A+++ more

Speedy and GREAT priced, A+ customer service 9/18/2008

I called a dealership to have a windshield replaced on a minivan and was quoted $1000.00 and that didn't include labor. Don't know if because I am female if they thought i'd have them do it? I was extremely upset because of the price and decided to call around a few places to get more prices. The first place I came across did not replace windshields, only repaired them. But the lady I spoke with gave the name of Alteri glass and said they were WONDERFUL and TRUST WORTHY. So I called and talked to Steve who was VERY nice and after he listened to me babble on about the cost and being upset about it......he told me not to worry and bring it in on Monday (this was on Friday)...and he also told me the cost would only be $159.00....wow! Big difference from the dealership price. AND it was replaced on Moday and ready EXACTLY when he told me it would be. A+++++ customer service and will spread the word! THANKS!!! Service when you need it! 9/26/2007

I was confonted with a power window that would not close. Drove into Altieri glass, presented Steve Altieri with my dilema and he immediately went to my Honda, diagnosed the problem. He got the window to close, and I went back the next day to confirm that the window regulator had to be replaced. Steve ordered the part, and the work was completed the next day to my satisfaction..
