MIke Bonds did a fantastic job yesterday on the house. We haven't had any issues since switching to Alterra. Mike pointed out that our previous pest control company had left some bait traps that had never been filled. I love that Alterra also takes care of those pesky cobwebs. more

Judah Ellis at Alterra did a great job setting up mouse traps. We already have our first victim. We have a cat, so I had to move the mouse trap into a soda box next to where he recommended. Otherwise, did great. more

Mike Bonds did a great job addressing a bee problem at our house. Thoroughly checked the whole property for a nest, treated the two problem areas. He explained what was going on and what he did to fix the problem. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We have been very happy with Alterra. more

Richard and Braylin responded within hours to a call about a dead mouse somewhere in the house. We couldn't locate the mouse, but they did help remove a snake from the deck that we found while checking the outdoor traps. Both techs were friendly and helpful. more
