I just want to say that William, the service tech did a fantastic job. Not only did he go above and beyond I was used to, he traced the location of the outdoor ants and closed all the holes and even killed the wasp's nest outside very quickly and professionally. I would like to use him or service techs like him in the future. William spent a long time and was very thorough and detail oriented when performing the services. It is well worth it. I wish all technicians are as motivated, knowledgeable and have a great personality like him! Thanks! more
