Racist Comments!! 1/24/2011

Regretfully, I found this company and its only photographer to be less than professional. I was extremely disappointed and aghast with what I saw and heard upon entering this studio: childish, racist comments and a photographer who was obviously having some personal issues as he stomped around cursing into a cell phone. Needless to say, I took my son elsewhere to have his senior pictures taken. I certainly wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. That photographer should be ashamed of himself. The other reviews on this site seem pretty fake, too (written by the same person?) This is likely the only one that's real. more

Wonderful pictures 10/12/2005

We chose Alternative Photography to take the pictures of our wedding day. Well 7 years later and I still would recommend them. The pictures are wonderful and the photographer is with you the entire day. He took pictures at the church as we were preparing for the wedding,the entire procession and as many as allowable during the ceremony. Many at the altar with all family after the ceremony and some outdoor pictures on the church grounds and at a park and the entire reception. The proofs were ours to keep and we only had to wait 3 weeks for those. Very good prices and wonderul service and selection of pictures. Friendly photographers! more

My nephew got his pictures done at Alternative Photography and they turned out great. They were very creative with some of the poses. Their prices were very comparable. I would recommend checking them out if you are considering getting pictures done. more

Get photos 7/27/2005

I have gotten several family photos at Alternative, and they have all turned out great. Both on and off location, the staff is wonderful at finding that perfect pose. Special photos, such as black and white and sepia can be done, but that gets pricey. You can not get some of the package deals you may be used to at Sears, etc.. But you do get great quality photos - even at your own home. more

Senior Pics? 7/18/2005

When I graduated high school, so many kids were SO excited about their senior pictures. Well, I on the other hand, didnt really care. My parents could not afford the popular "hicks" brand, and when they told me I was going to Alternative - I figured, 'oh great'. Well, I was wrong. Alternative did a GREAT job for the price, and I was very happy with the results. They also offer other services such as families, proms, youth leagues, weddings, restorations, school sports and commercial needs. A DJ is even available now!! They can come to you - or offer in studio work. more
