This is the only place I go for a massage and it never disappoints. I usually get deep tissue massages which get expensive, but their therapeutic massage has the perfect amount of pressure. I actually can't even imagine how much pressure the deep tissue here would have, you might leave with bruises.\r Catherine is very fluid and listens to you when you say what you want. I also like how she shows you different stretches at the end that you can do at home to help ease the tight muscles you came in to treat. Can't wait to go back. more

If you have any sort of tension or muscle pain in your body, stop reading this review and go book a massage at Alternative Body Maintenance now.\r \r I've seen Catherine three times at Alternative Body Maintenance and she rocks! Super friendly and helpful in explaining what is going on and giving me stretches for in between sessions.\r \r Best massages of my life. more

Outstanding 2 hour massage with Catherine, I was so pleased with everything. The space was so peaceful and Catherine was very good. I was pretty beat up, I work on my feet and haven't had a massage in ages. She was fantastic! I am a fan and I am going to continue to go every few months! Great JOB! more

I really enjoyed my experience with Catherine. She was quiet while doing the massage with is great because I wanted to relax. She knows how much pressure to use and she is very thorough.\r \r I enjoyed it very much. I will probably come again. more
