Dr. Favia is great I have no problems when I get to talk to him. The problem I have is when I have to see a physicians assistant at that office and deal with the nurses. I saw a P.A. in July with asthma and allergy symptoms. I let them know I had no insurance and was paying this bill out of my own pocket. They did not offer any discount or payment plan I just got stuck with a bill for over $200. They gave me one sample of Proventil inhaler and two allergy med scripts. I just ran out of the Proventil and am in the midst of an asthma attack which was explained to the nurse. I asked her to simply phone in a script which I should have received when I was there in July for one inhaler. She refused saying I need to come in and see the doctor again. Why?... so you can charge me another $200 and then provide the script I should have received the first visit back in July? She claims I received a script from the doctor in July when in fact I know for a fact I did not.
What a crock...these people only care about $$$ not their patients well being. Truly sad...
