Alpine Buick GMC

I called alpine because they boast in their comercial that "" your job is your credit"". When I called they told me this was true and to come on by and they ""would do what ever it takes"" to get me in a car. I drove from Boulder to Littleton, and they made me fill out a credit application and 5 min later they told me there was nothing they could do for me. WOW a credit app, when they say ""your job is your credit"" and they have signs all over the place stating ""Whatever it Takes"". more

I have been amazed at the level of service at Alpine. I have owned many vehicles through the years, always leaning towards GMC. Alpine is the best dealership I have used in the Denver metro area. I have been to GO/John Elway, Medved, Burt, and others but none compare to the service level i receive at Alpine. Well worth the drive!!!! more

Cheryl called me at least once a day to give me an update on my son’s car until it was finished. And to this day, she is always very pleasant and she knows that if my kids come by to have something done, she lets them leave knowing that I will be by after work to pay the ticket. Rick Vidal – is the nicest man, he always found me when I was there, always checks on the kids. When the kids need something they would find Rick and he would walk them through it. Rick always makes us feel like family when we come in. Brian Olson – He is great, he always goes above and beyond for me. If I have a question about something with one of our vehicles and Brian isn’t around when I call, he always calls back. If I can’t make it in the kids can’t find Rick, they know to go to Brian and he will take care of them. Brian has always treated me like I was the only customer in there no matter how off the wall my request is. Leo Hernandez – I love buying my cars from Leo. He is so caring and he listens to exactly what you want and somehow he knows when I need an oil change – he knows before I do. My kids think that Leo is awesome and he is. Leo is just an outstanding guy; caring, thoughtful and makes you feel special every time you go in. Last but not least, Mike Stoker – I don’t’ even know where to start, he is the reason that I came to your dealership for the first time. I received a letter from you dealership about early lease termination, I showed up and met with Mike. Mike has been involved with all of my purchases, has made note of all my crazy requests, dealt with my children and their car issues and always has a smile on his face. I always make a point to stop in to find him just to say hello whenever I am there. Mike is the BEST! Well, thank you for listening and staying in business through all of the tough times.
