I went in and paid a bill and didn't realize until I made it back home that the receipt did not have any totals on it. When I called back to speak with a manager everyone I spoke with wanted to know my name prior to giving me the manager which I considered strange because it is not as if the manager knew me personally. I finally got to speak with someone who said their name was Fred, I don't know if this is correct or not, he claimed that he was not the manager, and that their was no manager available. Then he stated that I could come back in and pickup a receipt why should I have to waste gas at $4.29 a gallon to pickup a receipt from somewhere I was just came from. Fred refused to provide me with the confirmation I asked Fred who was the individuals initials on the bottom of the receipt he refused to provide them to me, I then asked who the manager was he refused to provide this to me as well. The customer service is lousy!!!! I am not sure that they are not stealing money from payments being made by them. As they refuse to provide payment information when you request it, and the receipt does not show payment has been put in the computer, only show written on by some cashier. Which you can't tell if they even exist.
