Aloha Utilities 2/2/2009

Aloha Utilities water is terrible. It smells when you turn the faucets on. When you fill the bathtub it is yellow. My clothes do not launder well, yellowish water. The water tastes terrible...So I have to go out and get bottled water to drink. Therefore I have to pay Aloha Utilites for BAD water, we do need to take showers so...we pay for the water for all the necessary things and go out and buy water to drink. The smell and color are gross. Would they want that in their homes? And my house is only six years old. Can you imagine what it does to the incoming pipes.....And the cost is too high especially for the BAD water. Hope someone buys them out and fixes all the problems. more

I would give it a negative star if it were possible 9/6/2008

Aloha's water is disgusting, they have no right to have a rate increase at all, ever! If anything they should refund our money for having to continually run the water from ever faucet, every time we have to use it, for the smell to somewhat subside. Their response to our problem here in Natures Hide-a-way is to come here and run the water from outside. Their customer service is horrible at best, they are annoyed by the complaints and can't be bothered. I'd like to see how annoyed they'd be if it was the water in their homes. more

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! 4/2/2008

This company is THE WORST water company ever! Hard to hook up water, hard to cancel water service, POOR quality water! One of our houses had BLACK water coming out of the faucets and all because of THEIR water supply. Currently, Pasco County is trying to buy them out, hopefully this will happen so maybe they can change the water quality standards. Alhoa charges HIGH prices and pockets all the profits all while keeping the water quality extrememly poor! We have 6 rental properties who are serviced by them so we have no choice but to have their horrible service and water quality. more

Poor Service 1/10/2008

Extremely incompetent, very poor compared to other local utilities companies. Not able to provide proper accounting and or billing. more
