rushed me out of her office in less than 30 seconds. i showed her my lip that i had to get something removed and without even putting on gloves said ""i'll just cut it out"" than proceed to tell me that she had no time to do it now because she was going on vacation and ""didn't want to deal with it now"" she said to reschedule and actually billed my insurance for a 30 second visit and i had to pay a copay for something she could have told me over the phone. when i asked her what she was going to do exactly so i could feel more comfortable she just rolled her eyes and said ""I told you i'm going to cut it out! that's all you need to know"" i told everyone about my terrible experience even when making an appointment for a new dermatologist and i told them about the doctor from hell with out even saying her name and everyone said ""oh yeah, Dr. Ly. she's terrible, just run."" I STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT FOR ALL OF YOU! i don't need that wack job malpracticeing all over my face. more

I saw Dr. Ly in order to have a tattoo removed. It was quick, painless and left no scarring. She was super nice and gentle. A Coworker of mine recommend her after hearing me grumble about there being no good laser removal centers on Maui. They also took my insurance, so I am happy even more pleased with my experience. Dr. Ly is really the best in Hawaii. Her practice is both attentive as well as sincere. She treats her patients like real people and gives everyone 110 percent of her attention and expertise. I have been visiting her for years. Her Prices are incredible and her services are even better! She is willing to fit me into her busy schedule almost anytime that I have free time. Dr Ly is the sweetest and also the most caring, genuine Dermatologist I've ever visited. Her waiting room is nice and has a a tv displaying all types of services she provides which got me even more interested in services i wanted. I never have to wait more than 10 min before being called in. She takes her time listening to her patients and explaining medication and procedures. She is the Best in my opinion. The wait was less then 10 min which was great for me. Seeing a busy office tells me how good the doctor is! The doctor took her time to answer all my questions which showed me she was very knowledgeable , she was also very kind to me. The Prices were affordable. Overall i had a good experience and i would go back and will recommend her to any one looking for a great dermatology center. Pros: Cheap and fast services, Highly Recommended more
