Aloha Auto Center

I moved to Oregon about two years ago. I did not have a repair center to go to when I moved, and I do not like to take my car to the dealer. I looked up Aloha Auto Center on Angie's List and since then I have had about three service calls. These guy are fantastic! They are on time, courteous, professional, and always on budget. It's a great place to take your car if you don't want to take it to a dealer, and I can't say anything but good things about it. more

We've been going to Aloha Auto Center for five years. We take all of our cars there. They always treat us very well. I appreciate how they really take care of our cars and keep an eye on things. They've found things wrong and fixed them without charging us an arm or a leg and sometimes don't even charge us if it's a small fix. They always tell you what it will be to fix something and that's usually what it turns out to be, no surprises with them. They are honest and professional. I have been taking my vehicle to and recommending Aloha Auto Center for years now, and it has always been a really good experience. I have their business cards on my desk in order to refer people to them. I fiddle with cars on the side, but I have someone I trust really take care of them, so people often ask me where I go. Finding a mechanic to trust is very hard, and that is why I don't go anywhere else. I can take my vehicle there and I don't even need to guess what is wrong. I can drop it off and know that they will fix what needs to be fixed without charging me for anything else. It is really nice to know I have found a good place to take my vehicles. I can't express how much I really like this company. I have never had any issue with them. There was one time that a part was faulty, it was defective, so I went back. They replaced it at no cost to me and took care of the problem. It was great. I didn't have to argue or get questioned. I was back on the road in to time. It is comforting to know I have a mechanic willing to be right there for me. more

In the 12 or 13 years I've been dealing with Aloha Auto Center, I've never been let down. The owner, Terry Irwin, is a professional Technician himself, and he expects the same of his staff. Prompt service, a fair price and no bs. That's really all you need. more

Terry and his staff are knowledgable, honest and quick! I've had my Jeep into the shop several times and always feel secure in their abilities to fix whatever the problem may be and not take advantage of the fact that I am a undeducated car person~and a female to boot.
