I DONT EVEN WANT TO GIVE THIS BUISNESS A STAR. FIRST OF ALL. I DROVE FROM SAN DIEGO TO LONG BEACH, MY UNCLE REFERRED ME TO THIS PLACE. I TOOK MY TAX INFORMATION ON FEB 19. I DID NOT HAVE EVERYTHING WITH ME THAT DAY SO I EMAILED THE MISSING DOCUMENTS TO LOT ON FEB 21. I DID NOT HEAR BACK FROM HIM TILL MARCH 9TH. I SPOKE WITH HIM THAT DAY AND WE MADE SOME CHANGES TO MY TAXES, THE NEXT DAY MARCH 10 I EMAILED THE INFORMATION. HE NEVER CALLED ME OR ANYTHING. HE TOLD ME WHEN I HAD SPOKE WITH HIM THAT HE WOULD BE SENDING MY TAXES SO I COULD SIGN THEM AND PAY HIM $250.00 ... ripoff. 2 weeks later March 25, still nothing, i send him an email telling him how upset i was that it had been over a month and my taxes were not done, leave him multiple messages. he finally emails me back and tells me he doesnt understand my complaint, my taxes are done and to send him a check. Really??? done ok, then why havent i seen them, i do have to sign them before you send them off right? i tell him, im not paying him, i want my $125 deposit back also, my reciept says deposit!! he tells me ""u expect me to give you your money back after everything is said and done"" ugh yes i do. nothing is done. so here i am its april 12th today and i just did my taxes. why so late.. well obviously he didnt send me my paperwork which i had asked for or my money. i did email him last week and told him, that i didnt even care about the money anymore just my tax docuements. i ended up having to call my mortgage lenders, my work, my husbands work, dmv, etc for different tax forms. SO JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS, HE IS NOT EVEN A REAL CPA OR A GOOD TAX PERSON. I DID MY TAXES ON FREE TAX USA FOR 9.95 AND GOT THE SAME AMOUNT HE TOLD ME. HA! ANYWAY. DONT GO HERE, SERIOUSLY DON'T. YOUR BETTER OFF PAYING FOR AN ONLINE PROGRAM BECAUSE IM SURE HE DID THE SAME. FAKE TAX PERSON! GOOD DAY TO ALL.
