Appointments run behind (even if 10 - 15 minutes...) everyones time is important, so I think if the stylist is running behind, the customer should be called and compensation made. more

brianne did a great job as usual. This was my first time getting highlights and she was very patient with me and offered to make any changes if I felt them necessary. All went well and I was happy with the results. more

I have absolutely no complaints about my hairstyle nor how well my stylist (Jen) tries to give me the cut I want. She does a good job with all of that. However, after just 3 times back to using your salon, I had over a 20 min wait for my stylist to finally get to me. I had to approach the desk and tell them I had a full day's agenda to meet (and ask when I would be taken by my stylist). I was then wisked over to the sinks for that desk person to wash my hair and sat at a station to continue waiting for my stylist (approx 30 min into my appointment). Can't this be handled in a better manner? I would appreciate knowing up front how backed up things were and given the choice of leaving and coming back or making another appointment. One expects this at a doctor's office but not a beauty salon. Jen was apologetic and I accepted that graciously. But I don't feel enough consideration was given to me by your salon for this discourtesy. more

heavenly pedicure! 12/11/2011

once again, sherry treated me like royalty! after my long work day, she gave me the most relaxing pedicure ever and also a polish change for my fingernails :) nothing like settling back in the massage chair, with a hot cup of tea, and my feet soaking in warm, bubbly water! ahhhh....heavenly! we closed down the shop again and sherry as always, took her time with me, even though i was her last customer after her long work day....sherry is amazing! can't wait for my next visit :) more

I received a great haircut early on Friday. An early appoiintment allows me to get in and out without delay. I am always happy with the cut. I can proceed to work looking my best. more

problem with waxing 11/27/2011

I had my eyebrows waxed. I rarely do this. I was going to a special event and so decided to get this done. The stylist took off a layer of skin on my left eyelid. She did not acknowledge this. It was not just a little red. This is the next day and it is a raw red gash on my eyelid. I could only partially cover this with eye makeup for my special event. more

I had a good experience. The place is clean and the Ladies are very friendly, they make you feel very welcome and caring. I do love going there, BUT- the prices to me are a bit high. If they had a frequent card- counting visit-, w/discounts, I would go back more offen. more

Hair foiled with highlights & lowlights & color performed by Ashley 11/20/2011

Although I was 5 minutes late and telephoned, Ashley was waiting and ready. She did an excellent job on my hair and my husband went crazy about the color when he arrived home that evening. I have two more appointments for December and January. I loved the experience once again. more
