Was grateful that I was able to get in on same day I called but did not know I was going to have my haircut while someone else's hair was being colored. Because of this I felt my haircut was a little rushed and was cut a little uneven. I ended up trimming it when I got home. Also, because of the other client being colored at same time my stylist could not dry and style my hair. Someone else had to do it for her and I was dissapointed it the way it ended up looking. When I call for an appointment I would rather not be squeezed in while someone else's color is being processed. I really do like my stylist and she has done a great job on my hair in the past. more

very disappointed, went in with half off coupon, and 20 dollar certificate. they burned my daughters head, tried second treatment, different kind chemical. better, then cut, dried and styled, thinking it was included in "special" WRONG 3 hours later cost 98.00 i only had 7 left to give as a tip, without cert. and coupon total wouldve been 168.00...INSANE. they BURNED her head!! will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN, or RECOMMEND Alluring designs to anyone. I'm almost 50 and have never had an experience like that before.... more

i wanted to take my daughter in to get special a treat, special one on one time with her. total catastrophe. they put their "special" chemicals on her hair to lighten it, it started burning her, so they took it off and try something else..it did work after awhile, then dryed styled and made sure they charged for all, even with the coupon, which was half off, i paid $98.00 and 7.00, i literily had no money left, i WAS going food shopping and come back to pick her up, i am so glad i never left, who knows what wouldve happened.........and i wouldnt have had any money to pay....we went for ONE chemical treatment that was a supposed to be halp off, i thought $50.00 certificate and $20.00 coupon surly wouldve been enough including the tip. I was charged for 2,we're not talking $30 treatment it was $70 a treatment and extras. we thought first they came with deal, then thought they were doing it because they had burned her but NO, not told anything till ready to leave and your bill is!!! SO that means without coupons and certificate my bill would've been $168.00. that is insane, I talk to the owner, but she stood by the girl and took nothing off. i really felt bad for the girl doing it, i only had $7 dollars left to give her as a tip. . . We Will never go back to Alluring designs more

I took my 6 yr old daughter to get a "feather" put int her hair. We had it fall out within the first week of getting it. I was told 4 weeks. Also, I went back to get it replaced and there was a mix up in getting it put back in. The same girl tried another method (gluing it in versus The bead one). This one proceded to fall out 2 days after instead of like I was told 6 weeks. I never brushed these feathers. I wanted to call and complain again but I just gave up. Just wasn't worth the arguing. I will not go back again. more

I was happy with my consultation and cut that I recently received with Jenn. She listened to what I wanted for the best hairstyle for me and gave me a cut that is easy to care for and maintain. more

alluring designs is THE place to get a manicure or pedicure! every time i go i am treated so well....and my nails look fabulous :) the staff take their time with you, so each visit is great...you are never rushed along, something i appreciate...also i LOVE the evening appointments that are available...that's what works for my schedule :) more

I was new to Murrysville and chose Alluring because the hours of operation were ideal for me!! I'm a morning person and 7am on Saturday or 8am on Tue/Fri is perfect. The owner made it a point to introduce herself to me, knowing I was a new customer. The girls are pleasant each and every day. My hairdresser listened to me and I have stayed with her since my first visit. more
