Always clear communication 9/22/2015

VW dealer had just installed new software on computer. Car didn't pass. Informed I need to drive some more to reset. Do I need to pay again when the software resets and I come back? more

All Tech was there for us! 9/3/2015

Our positive cable on our battery was completely filled with acid and needed to be replaced. I took it to GM where they wanted to charge me $350 to clip off the head and add a new one and replace the batter which they claimed was leaking. I told them I wanted to shop around. I took my car back to American Tire Depot in Clovis where I got the battery, they said it was not leaking and recommended taking my car to AllTech to replace the positive wire. I drove out there and they did it on the spot for a fraction of the cost. Thanks AllTech! more

Great service 9/1/2015

I always have such a wonderful experience with everyone I have ever encountered at AllTech Automotive! They really helped me out this last time. I had an appointment at 10 to be at and I walked in at 9:15 to get a smog check. They were great and I made it on time to my appointment. Price for a smog check was reasonable. Thank you more

Did not know parts are NOT original equipment. 8/11/2015

I've been going to Alltech for a few years. I have been really satisfied until recently. A major part replaced under 30k miles ago failed putting my car at risk of a major break down. I did not realize their parts, however new, are not genuine car manufacturer parts. I'm told that's how prices are kept down. Their customer service was wonderful. Nathan is great. more

All work was done in the time estimated and we came to the conclusion that I would wait a couple of months to have the oil changed. Only had 2,200 miles since last change. more
