My fiance and I recently visited Burritos on Fire. This place is incredible. Both of us are Midwest transplants and have been searching for something to whet our Chipotle appetite. These guys know what they're doing. Only after visiting did we read the review of the person below. How bigotry and narrow-minded an individual! The service at BoF was impeccable and both of our massive burritos were mouth-watering and exactly what we'd anticipated. The 'authentic' atmosphere was right in line with our meals. All-in-all, this was an awesome spot; one to which we will absolutely return. Thanks to Hugo, for his happy demeanor and great service. We're happy to make the trip from Malden! Burritos on fire is the worst. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. I ordered 2 dinner plates for my husband and I. I waited over and hour to not receive my meal and when i called to ask why it didnt show up they laughed at me claimed that i said they spook no english. (which i did not but i was having trouble understanding the girl on the phone). I think what is most important here is that if you come to this country and you dont speak the language and you open up restaurant perhaps you should be able to conduct a conversation with your customers. Oh and most importantly learn how to treat them. Pros: thumbs down. more
