Nice job... as same as never happened 4/5/2009

This place is hide on a side of Harvard Ave. When I first been to that place i think i have choose a wrong one to have my car fix. However, after they finished the job, the body work on my car is as same as original. it looks great. Although it took 3 days or 1 week more than other shop around but it worth. Pros: Good work, Good communicate with staff Cons: More time than other shop more

Worst Car Repair Experience Ever -- Go somewhere else 3/22/2007

This place has had my car for 3 weeks and counting. Each time I called to find out when my car was going to be ready, they pushed the date back by 3-4 days. Horrible staff who couldn't get it together enough to work something out in a TIMELY manner with my insurance company. My much trusted insurance agent of a family business told me they think something is not legit at this shop. Any place else, I'd have my car in and out in a week, maybe a week and a half. Cons: rude staff, lies about date work will be finished, took 3+ weeks to get my car fixed more
