I would like to thank you for the wonderful support Allstate Van Lines deliver to our move earlier this weekend. The crew was phenomenal -- friendly, hardworking and professional. They did an incredible job packing up lots of plastic bins and boxes, countless plastic bags of clothing in addition to car seats and strollers, within an organized fashion making the transition to the new location easier. I am unable to even imagine the way we could have done it without their support and yours. more

From the very first contact with Allstate Van Lines, I was astounded by their helpfulness, honesty and great customer support. Patiently, they talked me through my move, about what I needed what my concerns were and reassured me it would go smoothly... And it did. The movers were extremely competent, quite efficient and made it happen all with good spirit. I knew which i could trust them with my things; while my belongings might not be super valuable, they are mine - they reached my new place in the exact condition that they were in before being moved. I have been burnt before with moving companies, this time I checked and compared and checked again. Allstate Van Lines were very personal from the start gave me all the information and answered all my questions very friendly fashion (although I was very doubtful and quite nagging). I will only move with them, recommended to anyone who wants a smooth and painless move. more

Superb, Efficient Service 11/1/2011

I moved my business in Santa Fe to a new location. I had many valuables which were very high priced including paintings, sculptures and numerous pieces of art that were irreplaceable. I had heard about Allstate Van Lines and decided to call them to obtain an estimate. I was greeted with a very courteous sales representative, who reassured me of Allstate Van Lines excellent degree of service, as I was very nervous with all of the expensive items I had to maneuver. Every piece was moved without a scratch on it. The movers knew exactly how to wrap and pack the items. They were the greatest bunch of guys, and turned what could have been a very stressful experience, into among the best moving experiences. I will unquestionably be using them again for any future moves, and will highly recommend them. more

I did a lot of online investigation into well-rated Santa Fe moving companies and known as a number of movers for quotes. Allstate Van Lines gave me the best hourly rate, and that i decided to go with them. The three movers were promptly, very professional, and very helpful. They completed my proceed to a new studio in lust a few hours, and everything arrived within fine condition. The charge at the end of the move was as decided, although there were a couple additional $10 charges for shrink-wrap for that couch and a bag for the chair. Overall, Allstate Van Lines made moving day manageable. Five stars and I would definitely recommend them. more

I recently hired Allstate Van Lines to help me with my move. They provided a stressful experience smooth and simple. The first thing that impressed me about Allstate Van Lines, is that the owner, personally came to my apartment to make the estimate. In all the years of living in Santa Fe and all the moves I've made, it was the first time that the owners has had the time and care to can even make sure I was being taken care of. The day of my move, the men that came to move me were so wonderful. They were polite and courteous and were extremely careful wonderful my belongings. Not only was the move fast and painless, but the estimate I was given held true after the move. I have already recommended Manor to several of my friends and coworkers and that i will use them myself on my next move. You really can't fail with this company! more

Dependable and reasonably priced 10/23/2011

It had been my first move, so naturally I have lot and lots of questions, and all sorts of were answered patiently through the very patient Christi who won my business with the professionalism. Every little detail she provided and my husband when we conference called in regards to the hourly price and extra cost of supplies, was a big help on the road day. We were packed and ready for the movers, and had an easy, surprise free move. Well, no damaging surprises anyway. There were nice ones: they set it up an arrival window of 8:000-10:00am, and arrived on 8:05. Which was a good start and I was glad your day kept going in that direction. These folks were always smiling, even with the super hot day I wound up moving on. Allstate Van Lines made my move quick and easy. more

We used Allstate Van Lines movers for the past 9 years. Their packers were and quick and very careful. I used them to pack my 5 bedroom home and I thought it would take them at least 10 hours. They were done in 4 hours with 3 packers. Allstate Van Lines moving crew and also top notch. Movers were running 15 minutes late and called me to let me know that they were stuck in traffic. When you are packed, they really can pack the van quickly. I highly recommend Allstate Van Lines movers in Santa Fe! more

Dependable and affordable 4/8/2011

Very professional and courteous movers! They stay in communication well via phone and e-mail. I needed emergency moving, and Flat Rate had movers at my door hours after I called. They performed a cross country move in a very short period of time, for an affordable price. I definitely recommend! more

Great service 3/21/2011

That was a great surprise! I never though it would be such a smooth move to my new apartment. I was very excited about moving but was quite stressed. Flat rate managed to work around my schedule and changed the start time a few times until everything worked out between the buildings and my schedule. They even called the building and sent insurance (my building is very strict). I was impressed. I didn't have to worry about anything and that's how it should be. Great service! I highly recommend. more

A job well done 3/20/2011

The move went very smoothly to our surprise and the price was the same as we were quoted initially. The movers were courteous and polite. They managed to accomplish this complicated move that involved three different locations efficiently and without any problems. I was also impressed with how well they worked with the doormen at the apartment buildings. I strongly recommend this company to anyone moving. more

Highly Recommended!! 3/4/2011

I was very happy using them for my cross country move. all my furniture arrived in 6 days from cost to cost. They were professional and numbered the boxes so that you can check off each number upon arrival. I worked with Steve who came to estimate my move, Tony who packed up all my stuff and angel who drove cross country and delivered everything to me all by himself. They were courteous and a pleasure to work with. I was impressed and would definitely recommend them! more
