Caring and Mindful 12/1/2011

I wish to thank you for the wonderful support Allstate Van Lines deliver to our move the 2011 weekend. The crew was phenomenal -- friendly, hardworking and professional. They did a fantastic job packing up lots of plastic bins and boxes, countless plastic bags of clothing along with car seats and strollers, within an organized fashion making the transition to your new location easier. I am unable to even imagine the way you could have done it without their support and yours. more

In the very first contact with Allstate Van Lines, I was astounded by their helpfulness, honesty and great customer service. Patiently, they talked me through my move, about what I needed what my concerns were and reassured me it would go smoothly... Also it did. The movers were extremely competent, quite efficient and made it happen all with good spirit. I knew which i could trust them with my things; while my belongings may not be super valuable, they are mine - they reached my new place in the very exact condition that they were in prior to being moved. Extremely pleased with the actual moving crew! 11/30/2011

In the morning of the move I had been very nervous. The team of movers was early and also the supervisor of the team spoken with me and explained everything to me and when we finished all of the signatures all the boxes were already from my apartment. The team was very fast, efficient and very friendly to suspecting customers like me. I would recommend Allstate Van Lines to anyone I know. more

Responsible and Mindful 11/1/2011

I moved my business in Flagstaff to a different location. I had many valuables which were very high priced including paintings, sculptures and numerous works of art that were irreplaceable. I had heard about Allstate Van Lines and decided to call them to get an estimate. I was greeted with a very courteous sales representative, who reassured me of Allstate Van Lines excellent degree of service, as I was very nervous with all the expensive items I had to move. Every piece was moved without even a scratch on it. The movers knew just how to wrap and pack each item. They were the greatest bunch of guys, and turned what could have been a very stressful experience, into among the best moving experiences. I will unquestionably be utilising them again for any future moves, and will highly recommend them. more

Superb, Dependable Support 10/26/2011

I hate moving, but they actually made it an enjoyable experience! Allstate Van Lines were punctual, friendly, helpful and solved the problem stay calm during my move. I'd some very difficult pieces to maneuver, some with great sentimental attachment, and they treated it with the greatest of care! Any questions I had they answered plus they obviously knew the things they were doing. I would recommend Allstate Van Lines to anybody who wants a hassle free move. more

Wonderful Moving Company! 10/25/2011

I did a lot of online research into well-rated Flagstaff moving companies and known as a number of movers for quotes. Allstate Van Lines provided the best hourly rate, and that i decided to go with them. The 3 movers were on time, very professional, and incredibly helpful. They completed my proceed to a new studio in lust a few hours, and everything arrived here in fine condition. The charge at the end of the move was as agreed upon, although there were a few additional $10 charges for shrink-wrap for the couch and a bag for the chair. Overall, Allstate Van Lines made moving day manageable. Five stars and that i would definitely recommend them. more

I recently hired Allstate Van Lines to help me with my move. They provided a stressful experience smooth and simple. The first thing that impressed me about Allstate Van Lines, is that the owner, personally came to my apartment to make the estimate. In all the many years of living in Flagstaff and all the moves I've made, it was the first time that the owners has taken the time and care to can even make sure I was being taken care of. Your day of my move, the men that came to move me were so wonderful. These were polite and courteous and were extremely careful with all of my belongings. Not only was the move quick and painless, but the estimate I had been given held true after the move. I have already recommended Manor to many of my friends and coworkers and I will use them myself on my small next move. You really can't go wrong with this company! more

Super movers! 10/23/2011

It was my first move, so naturally I have lot and lots of questions, and many types of were answered patiently through the very patient Christi who won my opportunity with the professionalism. Every little detail she gave me and my husband when we conference called in regards to the hourly price and extra cost of supplies, was a big help on the move day. We were packed and ready for the movers, and had an easy, surprise free move. Well, no damaging surprises anyway. There were nice ones: they set it up an arrival window of 8:000-10:00am, and arrived on 8:05. Which was a good start and I was glad the afternoon kept going in that direction. These were always smiling, even with the super hot day I wound up moving on. Allstate Van Lines made my move fast and simple. more

When my mother chose to move from Flagstaff to Southern California, I decided to use Allstate Van Lines. I had moved earlier from Bay area and had great service from their website. Movers from Allstate Van Lines know what they're doing. I moved into my new place on the upper west side last week and it was a breeze. The guy in charge was great and had total control over the move, I just had to get them Gatorade to keep them running. The price was the same as promised and nothing was broken. more

Definitely recommend to others! 6/25/2011

My family used Allstate Van Lines movers for the past 15 years. Their packers were and quick and very careful. I used them to pack my 2 bedroom home and I thought it would take them at least 10 hours. They were done in 5 hours with 3 packers. Allstate Van Lines moving crew and also top notch. Movers were running 15 minutes late and called me to let me know that they were stuck in traffic. When you are packed, they really can pack the van quickly. I highly recommend Allstate Van Lines movers in Flagstaff! more

I can't say enough about Allstate Van Lines. They made my move so easy, and were very friendly throughout the entire process. For a control freak, such as me, the continual updates and efficiency were greatly appreciated. I am thankful for all of their assistance with this very important transition in my life. Great service 3/21/2011

That was a great surprise! I never though it would be such a smooth move to my new apartment. I was very excited about moving but was quite stressed. Flat rate managed to work around my schedule and changed the start time a few times until everything worked out between the buildings and my schedule. They even called the building and sent insurance (my building is very strict). I was impressed. I didn't have to worry about anything and that's how it should be. Great service! I highly recommend. more

A job well done 3/20/2011

The move went very smoothly to our surprise and the price was the same as we were quoted initially. The movers were courteous and polite. They managed to accomplish this complicated move that involved three different locations efficiently and without any problems. I was also impressed with how well they worked with the doormen at the apartment buildings. I strongly recommend this company to anyone moving. more

Great Moving Company 3/10/2011

I just moved and it was a fantastic moving experience. The crew of 3 was fast and efficient and damaged nothing. They even had to go up 2 flights to get all of my stuff and go up 2 flights to put it away in the new place. They asked me where I wanted stuff placed. The price didn't change even though there were a few extra items not mentioned for the estimate (that must always happen). I highly recommend using this moving company. Knowing the cost before you move is great, and then you don't have to hope they hurry it up to keep it cheap. more
