The best Moving company! 12/1/2011

I wish to thank you for the wonderful support Allstate Van Lines deliver to our move earlier this weekend. The crew was phenomenal -- friendly, hardworking and professional. They did a fantastic job packing up a large number of plastic bins and boxes, a huge selection of plastic bags of clothing in addition to car seats and strollers, within an organized fashion generating the transition to the new location easier. I am unable to even imagine the way you could have done it without their support and yours. more

From the very first contact with Allstate Van Lines, I was impressed by their helpfulness, honesty and great customer support. Patiently, they talked me through my move, by what I needed what my concerns were and reassured me that it would go smoothly... And it did. The movers were extremely competent, quite efficient and made it happen all with good spirit. I knew which i could trust them with my things; while my belongings might not be super valuable, they are mine - they reached my new place in the exact condition that they were in before being moved. I used Allstate Van Lines services a few days ago and that I have to say I've never experienced such a pleasant move before. With excellent customer care and prompt professional movers I felt that it's all taken care off. There have been no additional costs I had been never told of, no problems, nothing but clean professional work that was well done more

Most Fantastic Moving company 11/1/2011

I moved my business in Bend to a new location. I had many valuables which were very high priced including paintings, sculptures and numerous pieces of art that were irreplaceable. I had learned about Allstate Van Lines and decided to call them to get an estimate. I was greeted by a very courteous sales representative, who reassured me of Allstate Van Lines excellent level of service, as I was very nervous with all the expensive items I had to maneuver. Every piece was moved without a scratch on it. The movers knew just how to wrap and pack each item. They were the greatest bunch of guys, and turned what could have been a very stressful experience, into one of the best moving experiences. I will unquestionably be using them again for any future moves, and can highly recommend them. more

Extremely pleased with the moving crew! 10/25/2011

I did a lot of online investigation into well-rated Bend moving companies and called a number of movers for quotes. Allstate Van Lines provided the best hourly rate, and I decided to go with them. The three movers were on time, very professional, and very helpful. They completed my proceed to a new studio in lust a couple of hours, and everything arrived here in fine condition. The fee at the end of the move was as agreed upon, although there were a couple additional $10 charges for shrink-wrap for the couch and a bag for that chair. Overall, Allstate Van Lines made moving day manageable. Five stars and that i would definitely recommend them. more

I recently hired Allstate Van Lines to help me with my move. They provided a stressful experience smooth and easy. The first thing that impressed me about Allstate Van Lines, is that the owner, personally came to my apartment to create the estimate. In all the years of living in Bend and all the moves I've made, it was the first time that the owners has had the time and care to actually make sure I was being taken care of. The day of my move, the men who came to move me were so wonderful. They were polite and courteous and were extremely careful wonderful my belongings. Not only was the move quick and painless, but the estimate I was given held true at the end of the move. I have already recommended Manor to several of my friends and coworkers and I will use them myself on my small next move. You really can't go wrong with this company! more

It absolutely was my first move, so naturally We have lot and lots of questions, and all were answered patiently by the very patient Christi who won my opportunity with the professionalism. Every little detail she gave me and my husband when we conference called about the hourly price and extra expense of supplies, was a big help on the go day. We were packed and ready for your movers, and had an easy, surprise free move. Well, no damaging surprises anyway. There were nice ones: they gave me an arrival window of 8:000-10:00am, and arrived on 8:05. That has been a good start and I was glad your day kept going in that direction. These were always smiling, even with the super hot day I ended up moving on. Allstate Van Lines made my move fast and simple. more

Great moving company!!! 7/8/2011

Movers from Allstate Van Lines know what they're doing. I moved into my new place on the upper west side last week and it was a breeze. The guy in charge was great and had total control over the move, I just had to get them Gatorade to keep them running. The price was the same as promised and nothing was broken. more

My family used Allstate Van Lines movers for the past 15 years. Their packers were and quick and very careful. I used them to pack my 4 bedroom home and I thought it would take them at least 10 hours. They were done in 5 hours with 3 packers. Allstate Van Lines moving crew and also top notch. Movers were running 15 minutes late and called me to let me know that they were stuck in traffic. When you are packed, they really can pack the van quickly. I highly recommend Allstate Van Lines movers in Bend! more

Most Terrific Mover 4/26/2011

After accommodating a request for their services three days before the move date, ¬¬¬¬¬ Allstate Van Lines showed up on time, were courteous, took care moving my fragile items, were patient despite some last-minute requests related to items being packed on the fly, and rounded down to the nearest hour even though the move ran about 10 minutes past the hour. The final cost was less than half of what I was quoted for fewer items by a big flat-rate mover that used to be my go-to company. I can't recommend these guys highly enough; my savings with respect to the two costs of moving---amount paid and degree of hassle---was well beyond my expectations. more

Great service 3/21/2011

That was a great surprise! I never though it would be such a smooth move to my new apartment. I was very excited about moving but was quite stressed. Flat rate managed to work around my schedule and changed the start time a few times until everything worked out between the buildings and my schedule. They even called the building and sent insurance (my building is very strict). I was impressed. I didn't have to worry about anything and that's how it should be. Great service! I highly recommend. more

A job well done 3/17/2011

The move went very smoothly to our surprise and the price was the same as we were quoted initially. The movers were courteous and polite. They managed to accomplish this complicated move that involved three different locations efficiently and without any problems. I was also impressed with how well they worked with the doormen at the apartment buildings. I strongly recommend this company to anyone moving. more

Great Moving Company 3/10/2011

I just moved and it was a fantastic moving experience. The crew of 3 was fast and efficient and damaged nothing. They even had to go up 2 flights to get all of my stuff and go up 2 flights to put it away in the new place. They asked me where I wanted stuff placed. The price didn't change even though there were a few extra items not mentioned for the estimate (that must always happen). I highly recommend using this moving company. Knowing the cost before you move is great, and then you don't have to hope they hurry it up to keep it cheap. more
