The movers were on time, had really good attitudes and were incredibly effortless to collaborate with and connect by having. Allstate Moving dealt with all my stuff by having recognition and every little thing is in my brand-new spot in the same disorder it was in my last place. I can't also state that about the times I've moved MYSELF. They had no issue hauling my stuff up to a 3rd floor walk up with a town-house type stairwell. more

Recommend highly these moving company! 11/30/2011

We had a short move from a downtown apartment to midtown. We chose Allstate Moving in Reno because they were recommended by a friend, and were also the lowest priced we found. These guys were fast, courteous, and did everything humanly possible to protect our stuff. We were shocked that the move was completed so quickly. We'd minor damage to our bed, so when I pointed it out to them, they offered to pay the entire cost of the repair, well beyond what we were insured for. The harm was so minor, and really beyond what they can control, so that I decided to not even pursue it. If we have to move again, we are using Allstate Moving. more

Most Terrific Moving company 11/30/2011

In the morning of the move I was very nervous. The team of movers was early and the supervisor of the team spoke with me and explained everything in my experience and when we finished all the signatures all the boxes were already out of my apartment. The team was very fast, efficient and very friendly to suspecting customers much like me. I would recommend Allstate Moving to anyone I understand. more

Extremely satisfied with the moving team! 11/1/2011

I moved my business in Reno to a new location. I had many valuables which were very high priced including paintings, sculptures and numerous pieces of art that were irreplaceable. I had heard about Allstate Moving and decided to call them to get an estimate. I was greeted with a very courteous sales representative, who reassured me of Allstate Moving excellent degree of service, as I was very nervous with all of the expensive items I had to move. Every piece was moved without a scratch on it. The movers knew exactly how to wrap and pack the items. They were the greatest bunch of guys, and turned what could have been a very stressful experience, into among the best moving experiences. I will unquestionably be using them again for any future moves, and will highly recommend them. more

When I changed employment and had to move an academic office, Allstate Moving handled my books, papers, and office possessions with care and efficiency. I did a lot of online investigation into well-rated Reno moving companies and known as a number of movers for quotes. Allstate Moving gave me the best hourly rate, and I decided to go with them. The three movers were promptly, very professional, and incredibly helpful. They completed my move to a new studio in lust a couple of hours, and everything arrived within fine condition. The charge at the end of the move was as agreed upon, although there were a couple additional $10 charges for shrink-wrap for that couch and a bag for that chair. Overall, Allstate Moving made moving day manageable. Five stars and that i would definitely recommend them. more

Recently i hired Allstate Moving to help me with my move. They made a stressful experience smooth and simple. The first thing that impressed me about Allstate Moving , would be that the owner, personally came to my apartment to make the estimate. In all the years of living in Reno and all the moves I've made, it was the first time that the owners has taken the time and care to actually make sure I was being taken care of. Your day of my move, the men who came to move me were so wonderful. These were polite and courteous and were extremely careful wonderful my belongings. Not only was the move fast and painless, but the estimate I was given held true at the end of the move. I have already recommended Manor to several of my friends and coworkers and that i will use them myself on my small next move. You really can't fail with this company! more

Reputable and inexpensive 10/23/2011

It absolutely was my first move, so naturally We have lot and lots of questions, and many types of were answered patiently from the very patient Christi who won my business with the professionalism. Every little detail she provided and my husband when we conference called in regards to the hourly price and extra cost of supplies, was a big help on the road day. We were packed and ready for your movers, and had an easy, surprise free move. Well, no damaging surprises anyway. There were nice ones: they set it up an arrival window of 8:000-10:00am, and arrived on 8:05. That has been a good start and I was glad the day kept going in that direction. These folks were always smiling, even with the super hot day I finished up moving on. Allstate Moving made my move easy and quick. more

Best movers we found! 6/25/2011

We used Allstate Moving movers for the past 9 years. Their packers were and quick and very careful. I used them to pack my 5 bedroom home and I thought it would take them at least 10 hours. They were done in 6 hours with 3 packers. Allstate Moving moving crew and also top notch. Movers were running 15 minutes late and called me to let me know that they were stuck in traffic. When you are packed, they really can pack the van quickly. I highly recommend Allstate Moving movers in Reno! more

My family moved last month with Allstate Moving and it was a fantastic moving experience. The moving crew of 3 was fast and efficient and did not damage anything. \r They were very professional and numbered the boxes so that you can check off each number upon arrival. It is very useful for long distance movers. \r They were courteous and a pleasure to work with. I was impressed and would definitely recommend Allstate Moving! more

Great service 3/20/2011

That was a great surprise! I never though it would be such a smooth move to my new apartment. I was very excited about moving but was quite stressed. Flat rate managed to work around my schedule and changed the start time a few times until everything worked out between the buildings and my schedule. They even called the building and sent insurance (my building is very strict). I was impressed. I didn't have to worry about anything and that's how it should be. Great service! I highly recommend more

A job well done 3/17/2011

The move went very smoothly to our surprise and the price was the same as we were quoted initially. The movers were courteous and polite. They managed to accomplish this complicated move that involved three different locations efficiently and without any problems. I was also impressed with how well they worked with the doormen at the apartment buildings. I strongly recommend this company to anyone moving. more

Highly Recommended!! 3/6/2011

I was very happy using them for my cross country move. all my furniture arrived in 6 days from cost to cost. They were professional and numbered the boxes so that you can check off each number upon arrival. I worked with Steve who came to estimate my move, Tony who packed up all my stuff and angel who drove cross country and delivered everything to me all by himself. They were courteous and a pleasure to work with. I was impressed and would definitely recommend them! more

Great Moving Company 3/3/2011

I just moved and it was a fantastic moving experience. The crew of 3 was fast and efficient and damaged nothing. They even had to go up 2 flights to get all of my stuff and go up 2 flights to put it away in the new place. They asked me where I wanted stuff placed. The price didn't change even though there were a few extra items not mentioned for the estimate (that must always happen). I highly recommend using this moving company. Knowing the cost before you move is great, and then you don't have to hope they hurry it up to keep it cheap. more
