I came over to Allstate after a bad experience with a larger insurance company (that caters to military if you know who I'm talking about). The transition was easy and I got my insurance cards immediately. I didn't have to ask over and over for things, I didn't have to provide the same information twice, I got to pick the date I am billed, the agent worked with me to get a policy I could afford but also pointed out things that I should probably have. Example would be road side assistance as at the time I was a single female.
When I got married they helped us set up our life insurance, homeowners, and policies for our children. I wasn't pressured or scammed. I wasn't bullied into spending more than I could afford. This office is fast and accurate. Joel and Penny are very kind and genuinely want the best for my family and to keep us protected. My mortgage broker and real estate agent loved them as well and now recommend them for homeowners! Good Job Allstate!!
