Worst company ever.\r \r My husband lost his job and in order to tide us over I was looking to cash out my life insurance. I was trying to do it quietly so my husabnd wouldn't be aware - no one from Bell called me back. Until, I contacted the 1-800 and then someone from the Bell Co called my home and left a message - and he found out. No one could call when I needed help but as soon as their money was in question they called.\r \r I've written multiple times - I don't want ANYTHING to do with them and yet still get mailings and calls. Now I'm getting these fake ""customer happy"" calls - ""let us be the first to wish you happy birthday and let me sell you more insurance"".\r \r When you moved from Westcliff I said that I didn't want an agent on the other side of town - I was worried we'd get poor service - I was told ""oh no - we value all our customers"".\r \r I want you to leave me alone. I never want anything fro the Bell agency again. You're only interested in what you can get and are not interested in what your customers need.\r \r And FYI - this is the first time I've put this out in public.Before now I wrote letters, sent e-mails, left voicemails. All ignored. So now it's public.\r \r How dare you call me and wish me a happy birthday and then try to sell me something. Shame on you all. more

The best Auto Insurance Company in Henderson, NV. 4/4/2011

I remember the complications my friend underwent while claiming for auto insurance. It was both embarrassing and tiresome. I decided to make no such mistake while getting my car insured but it was difficult. I realized it when I slipped into my friend?s shoes. The terms, the policies, it was all damn complicated and the agents were more inclined to selling it than making me clear about it. I would say that it was my luck that I came across The Bell Agency, the best Auto Insurance Company in Henderson, NV. The company, the staff, and the policies were all explicit, smart, and more importantly, trustworthy. The agent from the company took his time and made himself comfortable while he explained the terms and the policies. It was a great experience to see someone bearing with you so long without having any problem. I bought the policy. I am happy to have my car insured with the Bell Agency. more

I found very difficult to compare James Bell among other insurance agents. The bell agency of James Bell is the best one for auto insurance. He provides the best quotes in customers favor. Also he takes care for the claims. Best insurance option for auto insurance and health insurance. more

Auto Insurance las vegas 10/4/2010

I advise people who are in need of an insurance policy to take one from Bell Agency. Last week I had an accident and suffered severe injuries. I had to get a back surgery done but I did not have the required amount of money. Bell Agency provided me with a decent amount of insurance money which really helped me to confront the tragedy in a better way. I could get the best treatment with that money. They really delivered what they had promised. I am thankful to them! more

I had an accident recently and my most loved car got badly damaged. Thankfully, I didn?t receive any injury. I had taken car insurance from Bell Agency and was very pleased to see that they acted out immediately and finished their entire process quite quick. Within a few days, I got the expected amount of money. It really helped me a lot during that time as I was very sad about my car. The insurance money helped me to buy a new car. After that, I also took a life insurance policy from them. I am extremely pleased with their services and have referred them to all my friends and relatives. more

Las Vegas home insurance 7/28/2010

After my wife had her third ticket, I knew insurance buying would be a heck of a job. Meeting expenses during period of recession is really tough and then an added burden of hefty payments. But you guys at Bell Agency are like God sent. Trust me- it?s never been so easy getting quotes out of an insurance company. Then again whenever I had any query- there was always someone to visit or to take my call. I am really impressed with the kind of service that this Las Vegas auto insurance company provides. And now since I am working on the mortgage of my property, I am surely going to purchase a Las Vegas home insurance from you people. more

Finally I have got a Las Vegas Auto Insurance that values its customers. The after sales servicing is so good that now I am seriously thinking of buying all my Insurances from these guys. The process of claiming was so smooth after our car took a hit in the traffic that I was surprised! I didn?t know a lot about Insurance, but I do know how important it is to have, and how getting a good price on your insurance policies is important. I was paying way too much for my previous car insurance and didn't even realize it until late. One day when I was talking to my friend about my insurances, and how much it was killing me for my monthly payment, she told me about Bell Agency and gave me their phone number. I called, got quoted and when I was told the amount I knew instantly that I had to go see this Las Vegas insurance provider?! I got my car insurance, home insurance and life insurance all for a unbelievable price. Thanks Bell Agency! more

I just moved to Las Vegas a few days back, and I was looking for a good Las Vegas auto insurance agent. I found Bell Agency through a search engine and discovered that they have pretty good rates and plans. Through them, I got my auto insurance and homeowner's insurance very quickly. I was impressed with their services so I switched our insurance to Bell Agency. They offered very reasonable rates for Las Vegas car insurance, home, business or Las Vegas life insurance. Recently, I met with an accident and when I went to reclaim the money I was very pleased to see that they carried out the complete process very efficiently and in a smooth manner.
