Best customer service I've ever had from an insurance agency 2/21/2012

This agency is very professional, courteous and customer oriented. I called to add a car to my policy and was informed about my option, changes, etc. Martha was very pleasant to work with and followed up with me every step of the way. From what I have experienced, I highly recommend this agency to anyone in the Glendale/Burbank area. more

Incompetent, poor service 12/23/2011

I was a client of many years until I needed actual service on my policy. I found out the hard way how incompetent this agency is: many phone calls during two months period without any result, incorrect information, phone calls not returned - no help at all. It prompted me to look for a different Allstate agency. I was very lucky to find a top notch agent and receive a great and instant service. I was such a fool giving my business to Maaz for so many years. more
