Poor customer service 1/14/2014

I've had a terrible experience with All Parts Grills. I placed an order on the 20th of December, and their staff didn't bother to ship my order until January when I called inquiring about my order. Then, they messed up my shipping address and the part is currently en route back to them. Frustrating! Poor customer service. I called and was given a refund. I would not recommend ordering from this company. more

Please be careful I was sold a part that was much more expensive than necessary. I would suggest S_ars parts 877 581 9021 there part was 50. less (same White Rodgers manufacture) and served the same purpose. Also when I inquired about return there was no restocking fee and Se_rs picked up the UPS. All-parts told me first No return with special part order and then changed to 20% and UPS . Pros: null Cons: null more

If you can avoid using this place of business (if you can call it that), you'd be MUCH better off!!\r \r They should feel ASHAMED of their business practices!\r \r Their hours are not consumer friendly. They aren't very helpful with what you need. And don't get the wrong thing or they won't refund your money.\r \r I don't know how the owner sleeps at night. more

AllParts has Grill Parts 6/14/2010

Easy to order parts from their internet site (plus a price discount) and they ship fast! Going into their store doesn't work for me, since I don't live in Milwaukee. Their website is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so we can order most any time we like. more

This is the best place to get parts for your grills, furnace, air-conditioning, refrigerator. They have parts for the new as well as the old appliance that may just need a small part to be good as new. Always check their easy to use website for that hard to find part. Or stop in at their store. They have a good sized parking lot right on the corner. You've probably driven past the building many times as it is just yards away from the Hawley Road entrance and exit from Expressway 94. They carry thousands of parts! more
