DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!! They DELIVERED FLOWERS ON THE WRONG DAY and $90 FLOWERS WERE DROOPING BY DAY 2!!! When I called to ask if there was anything they could do THE OWNER YELLED AT ME AND BLAMED ME for not calling earlier, which I had, but they weren't in. When I calmly asked why I was being yelled at, she RUDELY replied, ""This isn't yelling. I could yell, and then you'd know what yelling is!!"" When I said ""well, you just lost a customer and I will be spreading the word about ur terrible service,"" she said, ""FINE!"" and hung up on me. DON'T WASTE YOUR $$ ON DROOPING FLOWERS, RUDE, MEAN OWNERS AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I NEVER write reviews, but this exchanged left me disturbed enough to warn others. more

Outstanding florist 2/28/2010

This is the best florist in Allison Park. I have been ordering from them for years, and have never been disappointed in any\r of the arrangements I have sent. The arrangment my wife received this Valentine's day was outstanding. I would highly recommend this florist. more

Bad Bussiness 2/15/2010

Ordered from them and am really disappointed. I upgraded to the premium selection of what the website showed. Not only was what I received not upgraded, it wasn't even as nice as the basic. When I called to complain I was told the website showed the premium flowers even though it clearly states otherwise. Additionally I was told that the 100% satisfaction guarantee they list is also fictitious. Do not do business with them. more

My daughters ordered flowers from Allison Park Flowers. 8/21/2009

The flowers did not arrive the day that was requested. They were deiivered the next day, and then they delivered another arrangement the next day. The flowers were pretty, just late. more

Great local florist 10/31/2008

I live in San Diego, CA and my parents still live in Allison Park --I use Allison Park Flowers for every flower need and they are just great -- they always send a beautiful arrangement and it always lasts a long time. The staff is always helpful. They are a great florist that you can depend on when you are not there in person. more
