Allina Health Eagan Clinic

We have been patients for over 10 years here. Our physican has always been pleasant and professional at this clinic and has been the sole reason for continuing care all these years. Getting an appointment has not been a problem, however, the staff is rarely professional on the phone. I am constantly disappointed in the manner by which they speak to me when I call for an appt. Very rushed and impatient. One would think they are understaffed based on the pace they push clients off the phone and the wait time before the appointment line is answered. I'm prompted to write today after speaking with a nurse on call who's professionalism consisted of patronizing me. Shocking. Unfortunately I would not recommend this clinic to anyone due to the lack of respect and patience given by the phone staff here. Also, the policy of double booking their physicians means we wait in the waiting room for up to 2 hours. Ridiculous. If you choose to use this clinic be sure and set an appointment first thing in the morning. Do yourself a favor and find a clinic who has time for you and your loved ones. more

I have been going to this clinic for the past 1 year to see a new general physician. I love the ease with which im able to get the appointments.The staffs are very professional and very friendly.The clinic is quite neat and has a pleasant atmosphere. The smell is good.The doctor services are also wonderful.I never had to wait more than 5 minutes past my appointment time.In short i have made this my family clinic. more

I go to Dr.Broeker from Allina clinic for my newborn child.though first i had little doubt that if he would be able to see my newborn as good as pediatrician he dissolved that doubts at the first visit itself.He is so caring and also since he is not very busy i dont have to wait for days to get appointment from him.We are very pleased with his service and would recommend to anyone. more

Im a patient of Dr.Huberty and as far as i know she was very kind patient and my support throughout my delivery. She has a permanent smile in her face which is great support for patients.And she only tells what a patient needs to know and doesnt scare the patients by giving unnecessary information. This is the only doctor that ill go . more
