I've had nothing but good experiences with them. 6/9/2014

We're very happy with Allied Services, and they always do a really good job. First of all, they were the people who installed the original furnace when we originally built the house ten years ago. Everything was great, and a few years back, we switched from electric to gas after we finally got a permit to do so. They installed a gas heater then, and they did a good job. The furnace is still working today the way it was when they first put it in. They come out twice a year to check the furnace and the air conditioning unit, and everything has been working perfectly. The workers are neat, polite, and they never make a mess. They're always on time and great to work with. I've never had a problem with them, and everything they told me is still right on. Very good. 6/6/2014

Allied Services initially put the heating and air conditioner units in the house, and they've always been very helpful whenever I have a problem. They installed the units about 26 years ago when I had the house built, and I've been using them ever since. Their service is just about excellent and always has been. The workmen are very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and very nice. The work that they do is great and I would highly recommend them. Barney Bishop more

Allied Services have always been friendly. They come when I call, do their job, clean up, and they always do excellent work. They check my furnace twice every year- once in the spring and once in the fall. When it's around that time of the year, she calls and I set up a time. If I say tomorrow, they'll come tomorrow. They're always on time and I like that they call me and tell when they're going to come and show up. They've always done great work for me, and I have no complaints about that. They even put up with me one time when I was convinced that I could smell something in the walls, but it turned out to be just me. I appreciated that they were very patient with me. more

Allied Services put in a central air conditioner for me. They were recommended to me so that's why I used them initially. We've had no problems after they installed the system. more

Overall a plesant experience 6/3/2014

My experience with Allied Services Inc. has left me with a very satisfied feeling regarding the service they've provided me with. They have always been professional and courteous in their demeanor, showed up promptly and on time, called half an hour before they arrive to let me know they're on the way and if anything changes they let me know ahead of time as well. I thought I got a great value for the price paid and I would absolutely use them again. I have purchased their maintenance contract for the past few years and the extended service is great as well, one visit in the spring and one in the winter to ensure satisfaction. Thomas B. more

Service is fine, but I don't appreciate having to wait. 6/2/2014

I've used Allied Services in the last 3 or 4 years. They service my air conditioner and furnace as needed. Recently, they came out for a spring pre-tune and pre-check on the air conditioner. Everything was fine, but the reason I rated them 3 stars was because I don't like the idea of them not giving me a time for when they will show up. They'll say between 1-4 or 1-5, and I have other things I could be doing in that time. The service is fine, but I don't appreciate having to wait for them. more

Professional and reliable service 5/21/2014

I couldn't have been more impressed with Allied Services' professionalism. They're courteous, personable, and efficient. We've been using them for the past thirteen years and have had no issues whatsoever. The last time the guys came out, the young man who normally does the inspection noticed that we needed a new air conditioner. He removed the front plate off of the air conditioner and noticed that it was very rusty. He took a tool that was almost like a toothpick and worked it back and forth in some orifice. He turned it on and it fired up right away. Everyone we've dealt with there has done a great job. The prices are competitive and I'd absolutely recommend them. more

I've used Allied Services for years. They check out my furnace and air conditioner to make sure everything's running right and that I'm okay for the rest of the season. They go about their work quietly, they tell me when they're done, and that's it! more

Allied Services helped me install a new air conditioner when somebody unfortunately stole mine. The technician who arrived was very well-mannered and worked quickly and efficiently. I saw no problems with their work at all. He was on time and got the job done, as expected. The price was decent and I'd recommend them. more

My experience in working with Allied Services, Inc. overall has been great and I am satisfied with the results of their work. They have always been punctual, come promptly and on time, showed a good work ethic and professional demeanor and I can't say enough about these guys. The value for the price was very fair, which includes an additional service charge where they check my furnace and A/C during the shift into the winter season which is great. We've been using Allied Services, Inc. since we moved into our house in September. They've been very responsive when we've called. We have a new system that we thought had an issue, but it turned out it didn't. They came right out and told us what was going on. We couldn't have asked for more! We've been very satisfied, and my son is going to use them at his house now too! more

Prompt service with excellent results everytime 4/1/2014

My experience with Allied Services, Inc. has left my with excellent results and a positive overall experience. I've used them in the past for about the last 10 years and they have always been very prompt and professional in their service. Recently my furnace had shut down and I hired them to come fix the issue. The man came out on time and quickly fixed the issue, which was about a month ago so I'm an ongoing customer of theirs. I would highly recommend them to anybody else in the area in need of this service, they do a great job! more

I keep using them because they are close to my vicinity, and the service and servicemen are very professional. So I stick with them! more

All around positive experience 3/26/2014

I'm so glad to have found Allied Services. Taylor and his crew installed a heating system in my house. It was a huge project but everyone had a terrific throughout during the whole process. The service from start to finish was excellent. There were no hidden charges and they were very thorough about what would take place. The job was done quickly and efficiently. They tested the system and were very clear about how to operate it. Compared to other businesses in the area, their prices are very fair. I'm happy that the furnace runs very smoothly and I would strongly recommend them. more

Excellent 3/21/2014

Allied Services primarily does tune-ups and stuff like that for my furnace and geothermal once a year. I always call them. Chad, the service rep, usually waits on me and does geothermal. He's excellent and does a great job. We had some problems back during the cold spell in January so they sent someone out early in the morning and helped us out. more

We've been using Allied Services since 1995 when we originally built our home. I've had them on a service contract so they come out twice a year. We've had some difficulty with air conditioner parts but they were always here to take care of it. They gave us a good price when we had to buy a new unit. What I like is that they know my complete system. I have a humidifier and electronic air filter system. I've been treated very fairly, they respond to every one of my concerns, the techs are competent and knowledgeable, and I've been very happy with them. more

It was good and the worker is very helpful. 3/10/2014

I'm very happy with Allied Services! They do fine work. The first time I used their services was about 20 years ago, and they have always done really well. They changed the nozzle, checked and changed the oil, and tightened up the furnace. He checked the furnace with the gage to make sure that everything was working well. Everything has been great with the furnace. Now if only the cold weather would go away! more

I'm giving fives for everything. Allied Services diagnosed that I needed a motor. I was already pretty sure I had some problem with my motor because I couldn't get the thing to go over 71, and it was really cold out. I couldn't get the furnace to come on. I checked a couple things, then I called Penny at Allied. It was superb. They came out within just a couple hours. more
