I brought my husband home from the hospital and the a/c was not working. I called the company who had installed the unit a year and a half before and explained the situation and that it was an emergency. The earliest appointment would be three days later. This was in 100+ degree weather. Monday of the scheduled appointment came and was a no show. I called them at 4:30 p.m. and was told that they had an emergency and could not show up until Friday. I called my neighbor and got Alley Heating and Air's number. They were out one hour later. I will recommend this company under all circumstances. The service and personnel are always great. Thanks again, Alley! more

Alley Heating and Air checked our heating system. As far as I know, it all checked out alright. They also made sure the filters of our system were clean, replacing any that weren't. We haven't had to use our heat just yet, but it seems like everything was done well. more

Alley Heating and Air has provided excellent service for us for the past year and a half. They have come to do both new unit installations and regular maintenance. They were very thorough and courteous. They also leave everything clean and in tact when they are finished working. I like to watch them work, and sometimes I'll even quiz them on little things to make sure they are doing the best possible service. They explain what they're doing exactly, which I appreciate. They are efficient and good at communicating to us, as well. If they have to change a date of service, they notify us way in advance. I highly recommend their services. They're definitely at the top of my list! more

I would probably not recommend them. 9/11/2013

The only company that has ever serviced or even opened up our central heating and air system is Alley Heating and Air. A gentleman did some work on it a little over a year ago, and in the course of that year there was a horrible problem that appeared when wires that were touching a copper pipe burned a hole in that pipe. It cost $3000. My concern is that the technician who opened it up actually caused that problem to happen, and that no one from Alley wanted to address it. If it took a year and three months for it to burn through, was first installed years ago, and had only ever been touched by Alley since then, what else could it be? I give the service a five because they were responsive in coming out. I just don't think the outcome is entirely honest. more

Go for Alley!!! 9/9/2013

I had a new heating and air conditioning unit put in by Alley Heating and Air (it was the whole split system). Some of the fellows came back to do the registers for the state, which was also nice. Most recently, I had a nice young man come out and do a spring checkup on the air conditioner. I can't remember his name, but he's the new guy on the block and was just wonderful! I really liked him. more
