The only company that has ever serviced or even opened up our central heating and air system is Alley Heating and Air. A gentleman did some work on it a little over a year ago, and in the course of that year there was a horrible problem that appeared when wires that were touching a copper pipe burned a hole in that pipe. It cost $3000. My concern is that the technician who opened it up actually caused that problem to happen, and that no one from Alley wanted to address it. If it took a year and three months for it to burn through, was first installed years ago, and had only ever been touched by Alley since then, what else could it be?
I give the service a five because they were responsive in coming out. I just don't think the outcome is entirely honest.
