Pleasant, good service for ten years now. 8/27/2013

Alley Heating and Air's service has been good except that I've had a lot of appointments changed, which can be inconvenient. I've been with them for at least 10 years, though, and they are dependable and do a good job. The people are always very pleasant. Since I had all of my ducts replaced, I got to know some of them quite well! They just do a good job. Those are the most important things, I think! more

DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE! They charged $800 for a motor replacement and over $1700 in repairs when they original problem was misdiagnosed and want to charge more to fix the problem they didn't identify correctly to begin with! Next stop the Better Business Bureau and small claims court! more
