The receptionist was so rude to me. I was told it would only be a certain charge and was charged twice the amount. The Dr. was rude as well and promised me 2 months of medication. When I went to the pharmacy he only called in 2 weeks worth. They all only seemed to care about money and not the patient. I truly felt violated and so emotionally and mentally harmed by this office. I was so upset I even thought about contacting a lawyer. I would never recommend this place to anyone!! In fact, if anyone asks me I will tell them the truth of my horrible experience there. more

Not so bad 9/5/2008

The receptionist in the Raleigh office is unbelievably unfriendly. I have never once seen her smile, and she rarely even looks up when patients walk through the door. She was extremely rude to me on the phone and very unhelpful when I called for directions. However, Stacy is wonderful, and all of the nurses are very sweet. Pros: office staff, hours Cons: Stacy is great! more

Great service, quick in and outs, expensive and wierd schedule 3/31/2008

Very helpful, quick to handle new and existing customers, two locations make it easy to get around, but they don't like to transfer serum between locations. more
