I have the unfortunately experience with dealing with Jeff Allensworth as the listing agent in one of my transaction. I made a reasonable offer for the house and the seller accepted it. After that, the seller got a better and greedy Jeff wanted a better commission, so he pulled all kinds of stunts to make me to back out of the deal. Every few days, he would demand me to perform right away or they would cancel the deal. They would only to come back to the house only one time to inspect the house with my home inspector. I have to sign a form to forfeit my 10K deposit in order for my contractor to go see the house - oh yes, I am not allowed to come in while my contractor looked at the house. I even have to remove all contingencies including loan contingency in order for the deal to continue. That turned out to be a BIG MISTAKE because I unexpectedly got laid off from a job I have for 25 years a week later. Then, Jeff Allensworth is like a rabbid dog foaming at the mouth, started to demand that I terminate the deal right away. I do have the cash to finish the transaction, but the loan agent assured me that she can give me the loan anyway. So, I wait for the loan to come through. Jeff started a harassment campaign that is just UN-EFFING-BELIEVABLE: email, text and call my agent constantly, keep on sending paperwork for me to sign concerning things to perform every few days, etc... My nerves were on fray and I was closed to a nervous breakdown until I got a lawyer. My advice - STAY AWAY from this MAD DOG if you can - DON""T DO ANY BUYING OR SELLING WITH THIS BROKER....
