Great customer service 10/22/2009

In the past two years, we have put brand new AC units in two houses, rental property and our own. The customer service just can't be beat. The technicians have come to our home at 9:00 on Sunday night when we needed them to. The techs were honest with us when we didn't need a new unit, just a minor repair. Some companies would have put in new units anyway. Pros: Trustworthy owners of this company Cons: can't think of any :) more

Best in the county 10/20/2009

Our heat was out. They brought us space heaters to keep us warm until the new unit could be installed. They helped us figure out financing. Couldn't have asked for more. Pros: Courteous - Knowledgeable - Fair Prices Cons: Can't think of one more
