This is not my first time that I have used them. I think they have been in my house since 2002, my favorite technician was Sean, but the new tech Roy has impressed me as well. Over the years they have worked on my Bosch dishwasher and Viking refrigerator/freezer and last week for my Dacor oven. (typical Thanksgiving curse) Although it took them couple of trips due to fact that the part arrived damaged in the office but they notified me for the new arrival time and arranged with my wife to service it on a Saturday, they also expedited the part with no extra charge. Roy was on time and it took him about an hour. The price was pretty good considering that Dacor parts are pretty expensive $190 with the labor and parts. more
