I ordered a few items when I was sick and hoped to receive them within two weeks. However, this was not the case. I was informed one of the items was on backorder and I could wait or not. I went ahead and dropped that item in order to receive my shipment in a timely manner. Nearly two weeks later, they inform me this item is back ordered which wasn't supposed to be. The customer service representative Tiffany Braedan told me, ""It is a shame that there was a delay with our manufacturer Threshold Enterprises"".
