Our home warranty sent over someone from All Valley Appliances. Honestly I was dreading the whole ordeal because of hearing home warranty horror stories & the hassles that they put you through. But I must say that I was impressed with the speed & ease of dealing with this company. We had them come out to fix our washing machine. The spin cycle was broken. The first trip was on Wednesday. I nice young man came out and diagnosed that it needed 3a new transition. He said that it would take 5-7 days for the part to come in. But next thing you know they called me back on the following Friday and scheduled the repair to take place the next Monday. And now we are all done! Back to doing bundles of laundry. Not bad for the $55 service call, in my opinion! Everyone that I spoke/ dealt with, including the service person spoke clear English, was polite and easy to deal with. more

DONT USE THESE PEOPLE 7/24/2010

I called my home warranty company and they sent these people out to my home. the service man could barely speak english, he was either armenian or russian. he went out to the a/c unit and tinkered with it and charged me $55.00, my deductible. the a/c stopped working an hour after they left. i called them back and was told by the operator they were too booked to send someone out i would have to wait 4 days for another service call. it was 110 degrees that weekend and i had to go to a hotel room. when the same unpleasant service man arrived 4 days later he tinkered again with the unit furnace-a/c unit inside and told me he would have to go back to the office and they would be in touch with me. 3 days later they havent called me back and finally i called today and was told i would have to wait until monday for the manager to come in and they would be calling me back. i wonder if ill get a call back? if i didnt have to go thru my hmoe warranty company i would NEVER CALL THESE PEOPLE again. Bad attitude, bad service. 6/28/2010

Also had to deal with them because of my home warranty. Fixed oven, but I could smell a gas leak. Called them back, but the leak is still there. Now I am dreading to call them again due to the fact that workman had such a horrible attitude. Don't patronize these people. Cons: Bad attitude, bad service. more

All Valley Appliances 8/21/2009

I have used their services twice due to the extended warranty associated with The Home Depot... ugh... They don't do a good job. The first Guy that came left the water/ice panel loose; when we called a 2nd time to get the trap door for the ice fixed, they fixed it, but only lasted for a couple hours... when I called them to come again, the guy said they would review my invoice and call me back. Never did. Pfft. I wouldn't pay for these people. Pros: Arrive Within 1 day Cons: Don't Fix things the 1st time. more
