The manager is rude and screwed me over. He sold me a ring for over $1,500 dollars and just weeks later the diamonds started to fall out. I lost one and they wont fix it or replace it it! more

Do not take jewelry to be fixed here! I had a 14k gold and diamond ring sized there and when it came back I could see solder marks and they restamped the ring. Instead of saying its 14k it now says 12. They refused to fix it. So for 70 bucks I now have a wrecked ring that looks horrible and no compensation for their mistake. Also the people there are extremely rude. Whoever answered the phone this morning had quite that attitude. I'm half tempted to go down there and ream her butt. If you value your belongings and like to be treated decently avoid All That Glitters like the plague!!!!!!! more

Shady service dulls All that Glitters. 2/23/2011

This place will make you wait like you are in the DMV even if you are the only customer, treat you like a suspect when you have something to sell, and try to nickel and dime you if not outright cheat you out of a fair deal. Stay away from this place. If you are looking for shady, I recommend you find yourself a nice tree and stay away from All That Glitters. Grade:F more

Dishonest and borderline fraudulent 1/26/2011

Dishonest and borderline fraudulent is all I can say about my experience at All That Glitters. I took in a couple of silver eagle coins to sell - not only did they make a low ball offer, but when I asked about the actual silver value, I was lied to and told that Silver Eagle Coins only contain ""80% Silver"". more

Good Pawn Shop! 10/16/2010

This is the first pawn shop I ever went to. Even though it was busy, the person helping me (Anthony) guided me through, advised what to bring in or not. Great help. As far as purchasing items, I lucked out and bought a 1/2 carat diamond ring that was a DeBeers diamond at an incredible price, heavy gold earrings, purple jade & gold earrings. Very happy! As with any purchase, educate yourself and buy with knowledge. more

HORRIBLE PLACE/ENVIRONMENT 8/25/2010

Never feels good going into a pawn shop to sell off your jewelry for beyond super cheap...and this place does nothing to make you feel better. Its dark, dreary, creepy with weird people standing around, and you feel like a number at the DMV trying to convince someone you know what you're talking about and what you deserve. Sits on a corner of a busy intersection and the only thing pretty about this place is the flashy billboard sign out front and the jewelry you practically gave away. more

ALL THAT GLITTERS RIPPED US OFF! 4/28/2010

All that Glitters sold my husband a Anniversary ring with fake diamonds! And All that Glitters will not do the right thing. Which is too give us our $214! We reported them to the Better Business Bureau and we are taking them to court. Don't take the chance with this business, there are many more reputable pawn/jewelery stores in town. more

This is your typical pawn and loan shop. Nothing great here except hawking stuff and paying a bad price to get it back. I wouldn't recommend, but if you have to pawn, this is about as clean as it gets. more
