All Stars Family Sports Bar

Well we where told that All Star Sports bar had a new Manager so we said we would try it one more time. Well let me say what a difference. When you walk in the friendly staff greats you and helps you. You used to walk in and there would be soap opera on the TV's now all 12 of the TV are on Sports. The new guy is doing a awesome job. I will tell you if you read this you have to eat the wings and the Hamburger they where the best I have had in Jax. Try the Cajun Ranch, it was awesome. I would recommend giving them a try. They have the NFL Ticket and the College Gameplan. more

Walking in the door, I mistakenly thought this place was a retirement community. They had mismatched lawn chairs at the tables, and a slew of elderly people playing poker at three tables. By the way, this was a Friday night. No music was playing, and there were two other tables with people at them other than the poker players. The waitress never gave us a glance when we sat down. Went to the bar to order our beer, where the bartender was a nice and upbeat. Took 40 min for someone to change one of the TVs to a sport we wanted to watch, even though no one else was watching them, and no one ever asked us if we wanted food. Pros: Bold City Brewery Beer sold here, and one good bartender. Cons: Everything else. Poor service, poor atmosphere. more
