My husband and I moved to Columbia in 2007 and began looking for an auto mechanic who would do good work and honestly represent the needed work. We heard from several trusted friends that they always took their cars to All Star Automotive. We agree with the referrals. They give you information before work is done and give you the details you need to decide. This garage does an inspection when you first arrive, they list needed work in a prioritized order so we had the option of what "had to be done" verses"what should be done soon" to "what could wait a while". I refer them to all my friends. more

I paid $45 to bring my car to All Star and my battery was charged I paid $45 to bring back my car to home. All star technitions gave me decharged battery also they forgot to attache the box over the battery (fussion box) and bolts are missing. I spend one week to solve this problem because my doors doesn't lock wıthought battery. I bought tools, extenstion bars to take off battery and bring it to All Star to charge it but battery doesn't come off, I gues bolts are jame up. In my point of view All Star supposed to give my car the same condition as I delevered to them. I think they don't care about customers because they have a lot off customer. They have a lot of customers because the companies who offer the same servise are not to much. That is why they don't care bacause they think that anyway customers will com back. more

Recently my daughter was visiting friends in Columbia, MO, when her car broke down. She was about 3.5 hours from home so I had her go to a local hotel and drove down looking for a repair place the next morning. As luck would have it, the first place I went to was closed so I called All Star Automotive and got an angel named Sylvia. Sylvia went above and beyond in helping us get the car towed and expert repair. The entire staff was outstanding and I can't say enough good things about them! Would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto repair. THANKS AGAIN!! more

All star automotive got me in the same day i called. They took me to my truck and actually showed me what was wrong and why. They allowed me to make informed decisions. They even lent me a car to use. Very nice staff. Imaculent work area. Thank you All Star more
