This school teaches a mix of brazilian jiu jitsu and karate kickboxing. The curriculum isnt very deep you could learn all the techniques they teach here in less then 6 months the kids class is better then the adult class. It is a better school for someone who wants to get in shape then learn a matial art. The instructors are not very professional with the students you wont get a lot of values like you would at a traditional school. The matting is a cheap and fairly worn out. I wouldnt recomend this school to anyone it is a typical strip mallmartial art school where you have tobuy your belt evry couple of months. Pros: make up classes Cons: worn out facilities, bad matting, poor service, not professional more

All Sport is fun, educational, challenging and attainable for our daughters who are 4 and 7. Builds their self esteem, teaches them discipline and gives them great exercise and a chance to build new friendships.\r \r The owners Jay and Gina are genuine professionally and socially. They boost the kids and adults to be the best they can be! Gina is a terrific teacher with our daughters! She is caring and firm. \r \r It would be nice if there was a larger waiting/viewing area for the parents. Pros: Worth the money! Very flexible hours for make up classes. My son loves it! 5/1/2007

They have great classes for little ones, my 3 year old loves his Little Lions class. They have fun and learn values like respect, perserverance, and always do your best. And the dogeball is great! Pros: Great instructor, super friendly staff, family owned and run Cons: Near an adult store in an icky strip mall more

Great for school age kids 11/3/2005

It is a great place for kids. Both of my boys love it. They even play dodge ball. more
