I gave this shop a try to see if they were quicker and cheaper than other shops, bad mistake on my part. I was totally ripped off. Took way longer than I was told, and when I called to ask when my guitar would be finished I was treated extremely disrespectfully. I was charged even though absolutely no work was done, Randy the owner didn't even look at the guitar to give me an estimate, but I was still charged a $45.00 ""deposit"", unbelievable! I should have never given him my credit card number in the first place. Randy, the owner, completely flipped out on me for picking up my guitar before the work was even started (his ad says fast service, and it was taking way too long), and I felt threatened, so I signed the credit card slip just so I could get my guitar back. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MUSIC SHOP EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, NO JOKE. He will take too long, treat you with complete disrespect, and charge you for it! Do not bring anything to this guy. BTW, I am not a competitor, I am an angry real customer!
