Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!! where to begin? they made us pay way in advance to have all our equipment ready for us at 11 am the day before our wedding. tables were ok, chairs are filthy and the astro turf we ordered turned out to not be astro turf at all. intact it was half green carpet and half shredded pieces of astro turf. i was sure they would have what we ordered ready but it took them til 6 o'clock in the evening to finally deliver all the so called astro turf. when it showed up it all smelled like cow manure and goat crap. none of it matched. the owner russ showed up, being completely rude to my bride and almost running over her foot when she tried to talk to him at the car. about an hour later the rest of the smelly green crap shows up delivered by a couple of obvious drug and alcohol addicts who wouldn't stop swearing , even in front of the little kids around us. and on the return i was hoping to be compensated for this nightmare of a rental and of course the owner Russ sa more

Have used All Rents for various events and rented everything from chairs and tables to glassware. for the most part, they have been pretty good, but it all seems to depend on who you get on the phone. They do not communicate all that well as especially around holidays their staff seems to give different answers to questions like " are you open on labor day." One says yes, you show up to return something and they are closed. Need to improve in that area and the stars go up. more

Everything was great until we actually had to use what we rented from AllRents for our event. When the caterers tried to set up the 30"" round table we had rented, it was discovered that they had in fact given us a pub-height table instead of a standard height. We may have been able to work around this, but in addition the support pole was too small to fit either the base or the table top that was supplied. No time to return as we were 30 miles away and 1.5 hours until the event. Other items that were on our rental contract were unavailable. Again, we could have worked around this, but weren't told the items were unavailable until the morning of our event. Afterward my wife called for an explanation of why things went so badly, and was verbally abused by the owner Russ Morgan who claimed that all of the errors were indeed OUR fault, that we were not specific enough when our rental agreement was written up. This despite pointing at a table in their ""showroom"" and saying ""that's the one we want"". He claimed we were responsible for destroying his property when in fact we were given explicit permission to alter the table to make it work for us. This business is EXTREMELY unprofessional in all aspects, and I would certainly look into all other potential party rental companies before even considering AllRents. Pros: cheap Cons: they may not have what's promised. more
