HVAC inspection 12/15/2015

Justin was very knowledgeable and took photos of my unit that helped me to understand the problems. He was not pushy but clearly explained my options. I did decide to install new units and feel confident that I will enjoy not worrying about something breaking. Also with a heat pump, I will be saving energy. more

Excellent Professioanl Workmanship 12/10/2015

Adam S responded to our call for a water leak in the yard. Adam was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He was able to resolve the problem quickly and charged a fair price. I would recommend Will's AllPro to family and friends. If Adam is doing the work you can be sure it will be done right. more

On Tuesday 8 December 2015 I had a Toilet Tune-Up by Will’s All Pro Plumbing & Air Conditioning, my Service Technician was Mr. John P. Carreon. John provided professional and courteous service, where he took the time to explain each and every detail of my toilet tune-up. There was not one step in the repair process that was not explained in detail to include the total cost with options. His overall knowledge was tremendous and was vital in helping me with selecting an option that fit my budget. John has made me a return customer for Will’s All Pro Plumbing & Air Conditioning as well as for my entire home plumbing repair needs. I would recommend John to any of my friends or neighbors needing these types of home repair services; and will request him for any future plumbing needs I may have for my home. more

Water heater flush and plumbing inspection 12/8/2015

Awesome job by Ruben. Did the job well and didn't try to pressure me into purchasing any additional work. I ask a series of question dealing with my water heater and without delay he gave very professional answers and again never tried to suggest or sell me anything...I like that. Will use their services again...ask for Ruben!!! more

Outstanding Service by Jacob B 12/8/2015

I wanted to recognize Jacob B from Will's for his outstanding service this weekend. Jacob was simply "world class"..not only did he quickly diagnose the problem with our two water heaters, he found the best option for us. Jacob carefully and meticulously developed a plan to completely replace one tank, and refurbish the other. Once the plan was created, he got the parts and then worked till 7pm on a Saturday to complete the job correctly without rushing or looking at his watch. He was totally focused. Jacob carefully reviewed everything and showed us all he did. He also told us that if we have any issue to call the office and that he would personally come fix them for us and make it right. Will's is lucky to have a professional like Jacob, he is courteous, professional, proud of his profession, extremely smart, and highly experienced. Will's is now my company for any future air conditioning or plumbing issues at my house, and I will also recommend them to my friends and family. Both water heaters are working great...we can now enjoy the holidays...Thanks Jacob. more

Courteous, fast, and efficient 11/24/2015

No water on a holiday week, ugh! Called All Pro for help, and they sent out Albert. He did a fantastic job! Came to our house, assessed the situation, and gave us the estimate, and then proceeded to knock it out, got the water back on, and made sure there was no more leak. more

Great job on a check up of our sprinkler system 11/13/2015

Richard M. did a great job when we had him out to give us a check up on our sprinkler system. H changed several defective heads, re-aligned and adjusted all of them so they will more effectively water our lawn areas with minimal wasteful overspray. He also took the time to show me how to make minor adjustments myself. I certainly plan to call them again when it is time for another check up. more

Great Service with Will's All Pro 11/10/2015

Will's All Pro was the only company out of many that were able to show up on the day I called to help with a soft water problem. John C. was on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He offered many different options that would help resolve the problem. After I choose to go with a new unit - he and Matt started immediately and explained what they were doing as they proceeded with the install. A great experience. John C was a delight to work with. I highly recommend Will's All Pro - they are a service company that delivers quality work by quality people. We will definitely use them for plumbing, AC, Heating, etc... more

I called the company on Tuesday to fix a broken toilet. The next day I received a courtesy call to let me know when the tech would be arriving to my home. Not only was he extremely efficient at fixing the problem, but he was very professional too! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs prompt and efficient service. Garbage Disposal Replacement 10/21/2015

The company came out and replaced our leaky garbage disposal on the day we called. Eddie was professional and nice. They didn't have 1/3 HP on truck so gave upgrade to 1/2 HP. We used $39 groupon towards $100 fees and it cost $295 (plus the $39) instead of $395. Thanks for very nice service. more
