I wanted to recognize Jacob B from Will's for his outstanding service this weekend. Jacob was simply "world class"..not only did he quickly diagnose the problem with our two water heaters, he found the best option for us. Jacob carefully and meticulously developed a plan to completely replace one tank, and refurbish the other. Once the plan was created, he got the parts and then worked till 7pm on a Saturday to complete the job correctly without rushing or looking at his watch. He was totally focused.
Jacob carefully reviewed everything and showed us all he did. He also told us that if we have any issue to call the office and that he would personally come fix them for us and make it right.
Will's is lucky to have a professional like Jacob, he is courteous, professional, proud of his profession, extremely smart, and highly experienced.
Will's is now my company for any future air conditioning or plumbing issues at my house, and I will also recommend them to my friends and family.
Both water heaters are working great...we can now enjoy the holidays...Thanks Jacob.
