Excellent Audi Prices and Service 1/14/2012

I put my review on yelp and a week later it was removed! so here I am again writing the second one about All MAB these guys are great I mean great , I found them on line and brought a special oil service deal from one of the deal sites and since then I have became a loyal customer. Have your hands on a pre-owned Mercedes, Audi, BMW? Looking to buy a new car? Going to Europe, well.. buy one and ship one home. The secret is out; owners generally take great care of the euro auto investments, plus they can easily be kept in ""like new"" condition. All Mercedes Audi BMW is low key, low pressure, high value repair shop. They have a trusty mechanic-to-customer base letting you, the consumer be in control of what is to be done. Looking for an upgrade for your 70's Mercedes, sure, why not. They give you options that help your car, but do so in the way it seems like it comes out of factory. Smog, repairs, pre-purchase inspections, servicing, nothing stumps these guys. Highly recommended. A1 and * * * * * (5) stars There is also a brand new Porsche element to this business. Be sure to get quotes for both parts and services. more

Great BMW service 1/13/2011

What a great place. Really like these people and how they go about their business. Service is great at good price. Bonus for dog people: there?s a wonderful friendly golden lab who greets people. Beautiful dog. Friendly but not spastic. Anyway, I just went in for oil and filter, which is always cheap and fast. Found out I needed fan belts ASAP that they were cracking. They do a very good job here of letting you know about pressing issues that you might not be aware of. I know most places do inspections like this, usually just to add on repairs. But these guys really do a thorough job and you get a solid impression they?re honest and professional about it. Recommend. more

Found these guys while looking for an alternative to Audi of Oakland, whose service department has clearly taken a nosedive under new management. The staff were all extremely professional and pleasant all the way around. They did great work, quickly, and most importantly they cared. They took the time to listen to my problem and provide a real solution. And when my windshield was accidentally cracked during a rear view mirror replacement, they bought me a new one and had it ready within just a few hours. They have a new loyal customer in me. more

Amazing services and quality work! OK, so this is actually my first review only because I have tried many places to get my BMW serviced, and with great disappointment, I have never bother to post a review. However All Mercedes BMW is different, coming to All Mercedes BMW and having met Paula was a delight. This was the best experience I have ever had ...and I am talking about taking my BMW M3 to a repair shop, not dining at some restaurant . Paula is very honest, she will take care of you from start to finish. I highly recommend their service over any others! more

Awesome service, Expect nothing less 9/23/2010

ALL MAB is the place I go to for all of my car maintenance services and repair needs. Paula and her staff run a clean and professional shop that I can trust for a lifetime, not only are they knowledgeable and helpful, they gave me the BEST deals I could find in any other shop. (considering I called quite a few places for quotes) They were honest and didn't try to sell me anything that I don't need unlike other places. Excellent service!! I no longer need to search for a trustworthy auto shop anymore! Should your car have any problems, do take it to All MAB. more

ok , i was looking for a different place to take my Audi besides Oakland audi and was looking around on the internet and found this place . OMG they are first class , took me back to my office , finish my Major service in time , no over sell . yes they specialize in Audi I ask if they use factory parts before i made the appointment . there are three separate departments, its all good , try THEM? All Mercedes Life Savers 12/1/2009

Who likes to have their battery fail? its frustrating right? All Mercedes took my tow and made it right in record time. They checked a bunch of other stuff too. Thank god. I'll go back! Pros: Fast and easy service Cons: None that i can see more

Mercedes repaired with care 4/10/2008

My car was at the dealer and they wanted 800.oo more for the repairs i didn't need right away , i looked up in google and found all mercedes, and took it to them they r honest people and told me what i need now and what i need later save me almost 1000.oo in the process more

Poor Csutomer Service 7/15/2005

I will never ever go to Oakland Mercedes again to do my services. They are poor handling customer problems. Some of service advisors are not even care about customers. They are humiliating me. I brought this luxury car to expect to have high quality of service. Apparently, I did not have it in this store. more
